Customer service lacking (staff did not seem interested), many beers not on tap and the toilets were is a filthy state. For the prices being charges (£130+ for 7 people bowling) it felt like a rip off... See more

Had a lovely time at Ten Pin Bowling with my mum and son, while baby happily sat watching in the buggy the whole time. The bowling area was really clean, well looked after, and had a lovely atmo... See more

Very friendly staff and a great experience for us and our grandchildren. Reasonably priced too. Would be better if parking was free

The lane was dirty, with food bits on the table and seating and floor.
Ordered food as we arrived and finished our bowling game while waiting and then had to wait a further 15mins more after that, a total of 50mins for a hot dog, chicken nuggets and some curly fries. Then, the food came out over cooked with over half of the fries inedible.
The staff were unavailable and hard to find when we had issues on the lane. Resorted to walking down the opposite lane to fit it ourselves as we could not find anyone to help us.
Very poor experience

We prebooked for a two game bowling session. On arrival we were told our session would start late so we went to do Karaoke instead. The touchscreen in the room didn't work, sigh. We then had to wait again to get on our lane because there simply was not enough staff. The guys that were there were doing their best but it was a thankless task for them to keep things moving.

Staff were very helpful. We had a problem with lane 16 the bumpers would not stay up but we enjoyed the game never the least the bumpers were for a 3 year old

My six year old grandson stayed with us for a week in the Easter holidays. I had numerous events planned for the week but when I asked him at the end of the week which he enjoy the most, without hesitation he said Tenpin bowling. That says it all for me.

We paid for a game of bowling for 8 of us - only to be told 30minutes into the game that the lane was needed for someone else and we would have to leave. Not a great service after paying over £70 - we didn’t pay for a specific timeframe but a game of bowling which we were then told we couldn’t complete. Really poor customer service.

It was fun, a good experience and the staff were polite and helpful which is very important. Some of the toilets needed cleaning, and we had a 15 or so mins wait for our lane. Otherwise all good.

Awesome bowling, good service, cheap drinks. Wish the bathrooms were a bit nicer though.

Very poor customer service from the staff. When approached, they were dismissive of any questions or queries.
The food was also delivered late.
The balls were not in great condition, and there were only a few medium-sized ones available. We ended up having to find one that no one was using and share it within the group, as the rest were either too heavy or too small.
On the day we attended, there was only one till with a staff member available to help with queries, so there was always a queue, even just to ask a simple question or request assistance.

Unfortunately bowling balls were repeatedly lodged and disrupted our play time on around 5 occasions.
Whilst initially dealt with, we then had to queue up each time for an average time of 5 minutes on each subsequent occasion to have this fixed. We were moved lanes twice.
To compound things, we then had to deal with a member of staff who accused me of showing 'attitude' for requesting a refund despite our shortened game time, queueing times (despite the lack of other people queueing at the bar on what was a quiet Monday night) and overall poor experience.
We've loved coming here before and it's been a delight for our children too. Apart from one staff member working behind the bar, everyone else was courteous in dealing with us, but this has somewhat marred our overall hope of a memorable night out for our family. We hope next time is better.

The barriers where broken when we put them up, tables where covered in liquid, and the bowling balls got stuck and took the staff ages to fix, the staff also weren’t welcoming at all but tbf they don’t get paid enough to care probably

Booked an hour with pizza for £40 which I thought reasonable . However because of a blockage we didn’t have enough time to complete the second game when it auto cut off !

I thought it was a lovely venue with a good variety of games to play but the pool ques were in bad condition and the pool games were very expensive a game of pool shouldn’t be more than a pound a game

I organised a bowling event for a group of around 20 people. Overall, we had a really good time.. the bowling itself was fun and it worked well as a group activity, so I would still recommend it as an outing.
That said, there were a few issues with the service. Some people arrived a bit later, and we were told we had to wait until everyone was there before starting, which was fair enough. However, we were also asked to order all our drinks upfront, which didn’t feel very flexible as not everyone was ready to decide straight away.
We had booked a package that included two games and one drink each. A few people didn’t end up coming, and we were initially told we could still use those extra drinks, which we appreciated. But when we later tried to get what should have been one of the remaining drinks, we were told it had already been taken. This didn’t seem right since I had been keeping track of the orders, and the way it was explained came across a bit abrupt and dismissive.
It was also very busy at the time, with quite a few groups arriving at the same time, so it’s possible there was some confusion and someone else may have been given one of our drinks by mistake. Unfortunately, this meant we ended up having to buy extra drinks separately.
Still had a really nice time overall, but I do think the service and customer experience could be improved a bit.. especially when it comes to flexibility and handling larger group bookings.

I paid for this as a treat for my daughter for her friends birthday. We paid for an hour of play and the lane broke down so they didn’t get the full hour. She said the staff were rude and miserable and practically threw the pizza at them. They then went to play in arcade and pool table took money and then change machine wasn’t working so they couldn’t get money to play in the arcade
