Just one problem this time
Just one problem this time. On arrival we were told to use alley no 3. We had our grandsons with us and they use the optional side barriers for their bowling. It wasn't until the 3rd bowl for the boys that we realised that the left side barrier wasn't active. I went back to the reception, and told the gentleman our problem. He stated straight away that we shouldn't Alley 3 they knew it was faulty, and we were moved to 4. We continued with our two games with everything working as it should.

The actual bowling was ok. Clean and everything worked ok had fun and a laugh which is all that mattered. What is annoying is the daily request for feedback. So hear it is.

Had 20% off game and drinks ordered online. Unfortunately we wanted food and because didn't book it online, was charged full price, which was a disappointment. Food was ok, but not brilliant so next time we'll go out elsewhere to eat.
Bowling was fun and good service from staff.
Parking outside location is good and booking online was easy.

Great laser tag party for 8-year olds
Lizzie was a great party host. And the chap behind the bar (sorry I did not get his name!). The boys thoroughly enjoyed the laser tag party. The food was tasty. Lizzie and the bar man were very attentive, helpful and did a great job!

Brilliant venue - the staff really make it
We’ve had three birthday parties here for our children over the last few years and they’ve always been brilliant. The kids really enjoy the activities (Bowling/Laser Tag/Karaoke) and the staff absolutely nail the service. I would definitely recommend Tenpin Chester for organised parties or just a game with friends.

Great Thursday deal 2x games of bowling and burger & chips meal. Grear choice of other activities, like Pool, air hockey plus more. Meal was super basic but tasted ok. Don't expect a five guys burger 🤣more like your mum made from farm foods 😋 but a good time had.
