Fantastic experience at Chester tenpin we needed to have the lights set so they didn’t flash because of a member for the party had Epilepsy. The team did this without a question, Also we needed to use the lift this was no problem either

Very over priced
Very over priced and the food and drinks were awful, also pool tables were faulty and cues were rubbish

The pool tables need looking after…
The pool tables need looking after better. No chalk and the cues ain't the best and at £2 a game you think staff would look after them more. Other than that its ok food average. Drink prices ok.
Everything just needs a bit of attention. And it would be a better place to go. As we do have fun. But with teas and coffees need to be told its in a take away cup when ordering
Staff ok but pay more attention to customers. When at bar. Can't do 2 location but this goes for Cheshire oaks and Chester

£57 for 1 hour that's with an online discount, Bank holiday weekend and the place was empty, so no atmosphere either
Bring the price down and people will come simple

It was my son's bday and some family members were running late. Upon arrival we explained the situation and we were offered a solution right away. Our slot was push by half an our to accommodate us.

We had a great family day out bowling and there Is plenty to do however the game kept stopping as there were too many balls on each stand apparently. I feel it isn't our job to be arranging the balls and the staff should make sure they are distributed evenly before the start of the day. We took advantage of the offer to bowl and eat which was a great price. We were quite surprised when the food was brought to us as soon as we'd started bowling. I think you should be given the option to have it after the game or in-between the game. Don't expect alot when going for the burger option as the quality is pretty bad but the other options were fine . We would definitely return but would maybe just order off the menu next time . The arcade area is great and I like the fact you can also book a karaoke room, play pool etc

Brilliant Birthday Party Location
We visited tenpin Chester for my daughter's 3rd birthday party and from booking until the moment we left I can't rate it highly enough. The booking staff were so helpful and the team on the day incredibly friendly. Bonus points for the delicious pizza. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and helpful staff
My husband and I booked the Thursday deal of two games of bowling with a cheeseburger and chips of £10 each. The second week we went we asked if we could have the food after we'd finished bowling and not during. The Staff were great and arranged this for us. We now go back every week!
