Paid for laser tag with my young daughter just us two. Young chap had set it up all wrong left the scoring zones on and then my gun faiked about 4 minutes in. He refused to pause the time or add any on given his mistakes. Wont be back.

Excellent day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our first visit.
Toilet we’re clean, the venue was clean.
Food we ordered to the bowling lane. It’s arrived hot and we didn’t wait long considering the venue was packed.

Whole thing was great
Whole thing was great. Only thing is i ordered large curly fries and nuts and only got the nuts. Waited 30 mins and we were wrapping up our second game so left without em.

Was an ok experience. Shame lights went off as soon as we finished. Manager should check lane before giving to customer as our chair was flooded in coats and bags from the next lane as well as the empty glasses all over the table. Lanes 5-20 were completely free so why we had to squish around a bunch of students bags was a big question.

Staff were friendly and helpful and bowling was great, plenty of ball sizes available. Karaoke was a blast but the room could do with a bit of a clean. Unfortunately the food was awful the chicken burger was so dry it was pretty inedible .

Our lane was ready for us on arrival. Staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered drinks at the bar easily. Very clean around the bowling lanes and seating areas.

It's always a great experience
We often visit Colchester 10 pin with our grandchildren. We are guaranteed a lovely time because of the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Plus I was silly enough to leave my phone when we left. A staff member found it and kept it safe until I was able to return to pick it up. Many many thanks to everyone there. We will be back. That's a certainty

Bowling was good and we had no issues with it. But the food was good but butter in the bun and mayonnaise or ketchup would make it more pleasant to eat.
