Tenpin Edinburgh is at Fountain Park, easy reach from the city centre, Gorgie, Haymarket and across Edinburgh — right off the tram route and a short walk from Haymarket station. With modern bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we’re one of Edinburgh’s top indoor entertainment venues. Big energy. Great nights out. And it’s not just bowling. We’ve got laser tag in our 4D arena, karaoke rooms, escape rooms for the problem-solvers and a full arcade. Hungry? Our kitchen serves burgers, loaded fries and pizzas, with a fully licensed bar pouring cocktails and pints while Sky Sports and TNT play live. Family days out, birthday parties, student nights, work socials, cheap weekday bowling deals — fun for kids big and small. Bowling in Edinburgh, sorted.

We played two games and it was nice to spend some time with him and even better than I won! Well if he bothered to play properly I would have let him and be on his phone when it wasn't his turn - this generation is screwed!
I'm removing 1 star cos I feel £6.95 for two soft drinks is ridiculous!
Staff were brilliant and the venue was clean enough.

Good place but terrible service. I ordered a pizza before i came bowling so it would be ready when i was there. Waited 40 minutes still never came so i went up and asked how long my pizza was gonna be and they hadnt even started making it yet. Then another 45 minutes later it finally comes. Also it was dead me and my friend were the only ones waiting on food and it took that long. Terrible service

Bowling was best in Edinburgh , the food however in the family deal with food the burger and chips asked to tick adult and child when booking but all four were identical burger and chips which were nothing short of the poorest burger and chips we have ever had 5 for bowling 1 for food , it may well be the food you order separately is different but thats not stated when booking a meal deal with bowling

Quite expensive relative to other bowling alleys and the balls were in terrible condition, each one was badly chipped and scuffed. Ordered food to the lane and it didn't arrive until we'd finished our games. All in all a very underwhelming experience.

The bowling was good, we went for the summer deal which was an adult and a junior one game and a burger and chips each for 19 quid. The burgers were all right, nothing spectacular but fine given the price. What irked me a little bit was when I asked for a second game, and was told that I was being given the "add-on" price, it came to an additional £18. Now fine, I get it, these places are expensive at the best of times. It just left me feeling a little short-changed given that the add-on game for an adult and a junior was £1 less than the deal price of £19 for games and food. That said, me and my son enjoyed ourselves, the staff were friendly, venue clean etc

Bowling was fun - much more interactive than it used to be with the pictures of players etc. Staff behind the checkin were friendly and helpful. VFM - average.
Food was shocking - quality average and portion size rediculously small! £5.50 for 5 small soggy onion rings! And glad the crappy pizza was part of the offer. NOT worth the £13 stated on the menu! Would have been nice to have been told the food was there, not just dumped and left (unless it was delivered by Amazon/DPD/Evri without us realising???) and some serviettes would have been helpful. credit for the 2 small sachets each of ketchup and mayonaise for the 2 small portions of fries (£5.50 each as well!)

Absolutely nothing wrong with the service at all, in fact I think the staff member on shift at the time I think his name was Alexander , was absolutely great very helpful and knew what he was doing. However I must say that £19 per person for 2 games of bowling is extortionate. The games lasted no more than 30 minutes and definitely wouldn’t come back to tenpin for the bowling. I just believe that with the new gutterball place across town offering a package of 4 different games for only £4 more than the 2 games of bowling, it’s due to slip behind competitors, I for one know I would much rather go down there for cost effectiveness. Not in anyway trying to speak ill of the establishment I think it’s great just the bowling is overpriced and outdated.
