Soft play lighting
Staffs are friendly. However, its would have been much better if you added a little bit of brightness or light in the soft play for the children so enjoy more and see the surroundings properly.

The bowling was good and the person we spoke to was brilliant
However
The cleanliness was very poor
Half eaten food, Drinks all over the place and this is mid afternoon I'd expect a bit of backlog of your we're busy, Bar staff were very slow 45mins for 4 bottles of fruit shoot and when you approached the staff at the bar they were too busy chatting away I was even acknowledged by one member of staff who continued to chat about there night our rather than serve the person that contributes to there wages it did disappoint me as there was no clear management of the complex the staff didn't care at all.... The only positive was the woman that served us first she was brilliant but I won't be using ten pin bowling again and we spent a significant amount of money aswell it was pointless complaining to anyone because if your staff don't care I can't imagine what the management team are like they should be leading by example

nice upgrade, not very efficient
Looks a lot better than before but the negatives are that staff are very slow and look under staffed. We turned up to play at 7pm and we didn’t get to play till 7:30 due to multiple faults. Not being able to access the pad, lanes not working etc.. just needs to be more efficient

New facilities, play areas are great!
Toilets are 100% better than they were previously!
The only thing I would say would be to offer alternative milk for tea/coffee! Not sure I could sink a cocktail/fizzy drink so early in the morning!
But really good place to visit now, makes it better with air con to!

Wrong prices and dodgy food
Had to pay over double what I paid because apparently the website had done something wrong and then on the day kids had chicken nuggets (and another families) and those who had chicken nuggets had an upset stomach the next day.

Parking!! What made it not so great was paying…
What made it not so great was paying for parking outside and expecting a refund, and being told new system where you use machine inside the building not in the car park, so no refund!! The staff says this happens often, so not just me who thinks the signage outside does not make this clear!!!

No instructions anywhere. Very difficult for a first time visitor to figure out where to go and what to do. Staff availability was also low so no one to talk to. Bowling alleys were well maintained though.

The visit was ok
The visit was ok. For the cost I expected better service. Staff chatting and I stood waiting for a couple of minutes before acknowledgment. Toilets were not at the level of cleanliness I would expect from tenpin.
