A great time had by all
The bowling was good fun as usual, but this time we also took advantage of the cheap deal on karaoke. We did an hour for £20 for the 7 of us and it was great fun. We all had a thoroughly good time. If you're thinking of doing karaoke, it's probably worth going in with at least a list of 3 or 4 popular songs that you can quickly add to the playlist, which will then ensure that you can add new songs to the list with less urgency to try and avoid gaps where no song is playing. The staff were very helpful and booking it on the spur of the moment after bowling was simple. The room was clean and included done inflatable instruments to add to the playfulness of the karaoke.

Claw machine beyond rigged, robbery
The drinks were nice, the bowling was fun too. The arcade ruined the night though. The claw machines are the most rigged ones ive ever seen. I easily sank £100 into one and didnt even get one plushie for my little boy. It was such a disappointment, it wasnt even a big or expensive plushie, i would have expected the claw to grip harder after £20 but it didnt and I feel like i failed him as a father and got ripped off in the process. A bad end to what could have been a great evening...

Great place
Great place, easy to get to and park, lanes are nice and private seating which is a plus. Drinks service is brilliant, also pool tables are good and the arcades are good but prizes need to be alot better.

Food and drink quality was poor
Food and drink quality was poor. Arcade machines kept taking money and when queried was told a member of staff would be over and never arrived. Used to be great but wouldn't book again for the price.

Was dirty & rude experience
Was dirty, slow service taking 20 minutes to get a drink to your lane and food taking 30-40 minutes and luke warm and dry upon arrival.
Staff were friendly other than a lady on a lane next to some teenagers celebrating a birthday (4 of them 14) who told them shes an off duty employee. The kids threw two balls down the lane instead of 1 and the way this lady spoke to them and threatened them with management was appauling. She spoke to them rudely and i witnessed this myself. She was on lane 15 about 4.30pm and if this is how your staff member represent the company off duty then i wont be returning.
