Booked a lane
Booked a lane, they gave us the lane was almost half way through then came over to tell us to move onto a different lane as that was booked for someone else. Rather embarrassing and did ask if they could not put the other people on a different lane and it was a no sorry. Was there mistake and thought they handled it badly!!

Well laid out, we enjoyed the smaller bowling section.

I had taken 2 grandchildren we were…
I had taken 2 grandchildren we were bowling and was given no. 21 which was great as its quieter for my 8 year old ..they played the amusements and really had a great time...All the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.. thanks

Excellent Venue
The first thing that you should notice,is how clean and tidy the venue is. The reception staff were welcoming and clearly everything that we needed to know. My grand daughter and I had 2 games of pool and 3 games of pre booked tenpin bowling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return, in the future. The only negative was that it seemed to be over far too quickly. Time usually flies when you’re having fun !

Great experience
Great experience, 2 games of bowling, food and also went in the arcade.
Birthday treat for my 9 year old daughter who loved it. Definitely worth a visit again.

Bowling & pool was good
Bowling & pool was good, as were the drinks, although one order never arrived as the QR code was linked to another site. They did refund this though & the money came back to me in just a few days.
