Staff were helpful and facilties (bowling lanes and interactive dart boards) were well maintained. Prices are reasonable.

Prices on Tuesdays are fantastic, our bowling and drinks were 50% off!
The decor in there is cool and adds to the fun. Redditch has needed something like this for so long. Go and use it!

Visited on April 25th as a birthday…
Visited on April 25th as a birthday treat. Having booked in advance I annoyed that our lane was being used by another party as over spill. I had to search for a member of staff to get us moved. We were there 15 mins before the booking, as requested on the booking email, whilst waiting for our party to arrive a member of staff came over with the food we had ordered. I explained it was too early and we were waiting for others. She just left the food and went to walk off!! I had to get her back to take the food away and explained we would prefer it after the game.
All in all a nice place but the staff etc are just teenagers who are just following a ‘tick box’ step by step on what to do. Which isn’t great when you are paying over £100 for an hours bowling and a few chicken nuggets

Best Bowling Experience
Lovely friendly staff, including our Host Gem. The lanes are new so the balls don't veer off in a different direction unlike at Rubery location which needs refurbing there lanes. The bowling is fun, but would be nice too see some music videos on the TV's also not just sport! (Suits men!)
Plenty of toilets although they do need more than one hand dryer or other options to dry hands. Arcades games are good, just be nice to have the Zebra horse racing ones back, my girls loved them previously and would go on 3 or 4 times.
Parking is easy in Car Park 1. Would recommend to others especially for parties which we recently attended for a friends party in March and it was a Sat morning but the whole Centre is parties, they do dancing with the party groups to music, ballon animals and the Birthday child recieves a cute pressie. Plus you can bowl as much as you can achieve in 2 hours which was good too!
