Closed soft play charged me for 2 hours
Went to soft play at 6:15pm was told it was shutting at 7:30pm however did not say that online and then charged me £15 for two children even though it closed early

We are keen goers of Tenpin since the refurb. The soft play is great for my toddler to kill some energy in and it's always very clean! Which is rarely said about soft play! Bowling is great, the lights and UV are great.

Not up to normal standards …
Ladies loos out of order when arrived told we needed to use disabled, when going in there the floor was wet with a puddle and had a used nappy on the floor, when I spoke to a member of staff they said it would be sorted before leaving I had to change my babies nappy, the floor was still wet and nappy still on the floor,
When doing bowling we arrived to our lane to find someone else rubbish left there, we told staff and got told it would be sorted, it was not sorted until our food arrived!

A family experience
Really enjoyed bowling. Food ok.
Found it really noisy and music really loud and continuous. That said we enjoyed our visit.
Parking not great due to location and to be fair it was a wet weekend.

Fun visit
Fun visit - it was clean and smart, and not too crowded.
The lady managing drinks orders was very patient, but she was doing it all on her own! Please bring on more staff Tenpin!!

Half term
We took our granddaughter in the half term holiday and had a lovely time.
Even though it was very busy, we didn't have to wait. Our lane was ready for us straight away.

Bad management
We went to soft play you have a hight of 140 there where 15 16 year old which had not paid running in when the person on till was busy and not looking. I spoke to your manager and got very little response my two grandchildren got injured by the teenager. I stated you should have a saff member by entrance to stop what was happening.
