I was delighted when I discovered TeraBox, so much so that I subscribed as a premium member a few months ago. Over a period of about 2 months I moved over 1,000 videos and 2,000 photos from my phone to finally free up some space. Suddenly 2 days ago TeraBox wouldn’t let me log in. It was saying the password was wrong. I tried everything to troubleshoot it without any success. I wrote to TeraBox via the AppStore, no response. I sent them a message on their Facebook page and also an email. Days later I received a pre-written response which was of absolutely no use. “Check the username and password you are using are correct etc” things that I had specifically told them I’d done when troubleshooting. I cleared the cache, deleted the app, redownloaded the app, nothing. I completed the “reset my password” link so that a reset email would be sent to me. No email received. I have pleaded with them to help me get this sorted, because those photos and videos are now deleted from my devices. TeraBox have been absolutely useless and they couldn’t care less about my photos and videos. For anyone even considering purchasing a premium membership of TeraBox, I advise you to seriously consider whether your stored items will be safe. What is actually the point if you have to keep things backed-up somewhere else just in case?? I really wish I hadn’t trusted these clowns. The only positive thing is that I’ve been given a full refund for my paid monthly subscriptions.
*edit following TeraBox response* TeraBox has now stated that my issue has been resolved and that they have sent me a verification code to my email. Neither of these claims is true. I have checked every mailbox folder for such an email but there is nothing there. As for the issue being resolved, they must be referring to the fact that I was refunded for my premium payments. They are certainly not referring to me having gained access to my account! Photos and videos have NOT been recovered
**Edit #2** I finally received a password reset email after several days. I have now been able to access my data and I have saved elsewhere. There was definitely a problem with emails being sent and received, and despite being told on several occasions that verification emails had been sent, they were not being received. However, as this problem finally got sorted I am willing to ‘let this go’. Sometimes I think it’s better for a company to just be honest about technical issues, rather than making repeated denials and implying user error.

Terabox not only offers tons of storage but also lets me find any files I want, like software or movies. Now I don't have to Google it—I can easily find everything right on Terabox for free.

Full of ads its a pure scam you need to give all permissions so they can collect all uour personal data photos, contacts, videos etc.. its a chinese funded company india needs to ban it please do report in cybercrime department so they can remove this fraud app. its a threat to india and it's users.

The best app for data storage, easy to obtain gold/coins which you can use to avail premium, additional storage, themes and many more. I also enjoy the game gold miner that will give you more gold coins and other freebies. The upload or download speed is also very fast especially when you are using premium version. Pesonal vault is also very nice, and you can easily share your files with your friends, of which they have an option to save your files shared so that they can easily access the files using their account.

I can't load any files. Only advertising. Your app is full nonsense!

I thought it was OK at first but when asked for access to my device and anything that connects to it, obviously I said no. By that time I had already been trapped as had loaded a lot of valuable photos there and planed to back them up to another location later. Never had the chance as to download or upload I had to give permission for it to have access to my phone and anything that connects to it without express permission after that so goodness knows what that software reads and writes to. STAY AWAY from it if you do not want this situation to occur on your phone.

I buyed terabox premium can't use it

Very very very very slow download video very very adds

I had an issue with them where after purchase the premium did not match description. Abby was able so get that fixed in a day. Their customer team is approachable and responsive.

No issue with their product so far.

its an recent problem that what ever i have to download is too slow not because of internet .. internet is very fast upto 40MB per sec but the download speed is only 30 KB only ..please take a look and fix the problem as soon as posibel....

Tried the very first time in 2024 (May 7th), and had no major issues so far, so really great that I did not have disappointments nor "violent reactions" whatsoever.

In fact, TeraBox cloud storage is truly - a game-changer that made out such even great (and greater) possibilities and opportunities for everyone, yet I understand that some people have complaints, unsatisfied results and other negatives on using it. Not everyone's being the same though, at least they tried.

I was fascinated that free 1TB (1024 GB) is now possible (back then it was a big dream for anyone to obtain it); Degoo on the other hand, had the 100GB offer for free users at the highest starting limit until such time (last 2023 - I was a user on that particular service) that they announced to no longer have the 100GB capacity (due to financial and maintenance costs on their data servers, if I remember correctly), and downgraded to at least 10 ~ 50GB (also the removal of support in desktop platforms, it was notable for all users), which is pretty shame.

Although yes, I understand them from that situation, I just planned to "move out (delete my previous Degoo account)' immediately and then found this several months later, for the very first time.

I really hope that it won't have that "withdrawal effect" in the near future, hoping for the best to come as well, even for myself and the others too. I also don't think too much about getting "Premium" in the long run (it's optional), since due to financial burdens personally, I'll just enjoy whatever it's there at any moment, just like accessing this for free.

I have been paying for premium account actually still are ... but cant access my account on pc .. Terabox dont know my email but still they take money from my bank every month ...

Worst app ever I wanted to download a file it required me to download terabox I did so and after setting everything up the file link expired!!! It was supposed to be a permanent link now I lost files from it
