Sent me the wrong product. After numerous unanswered phone calls, messages and emails no reply from company. The company address and contact details are not valid. Lost my £62.00. Is this a LEGITIMATE company! Do your research before buying from Terence Paul Online.

This was my first time ordering from this site, I ordered L'Oréal shampoo and L'Oréal vitamino shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair, the delivery came on the specified time but was incorrect, no vitamino shampoo or conditioner, only a conditioner which was the wrong one. Wasn't too impressed.

Knew what I wanted so didn't look at any other products, what I bought was at a great price and arrived quickly. Would recommend.

I placed my order and the parcel arrived 2 days later - sooner than I expected. Unfortunately the wrong itmes had been sent. I called Terence Paul. The call was answered immediately and without hesitation they agreed to send the correct items and to include a postage paid envelope for return of the original parcel. The correct items arrived the next day. I was very impressed with this response as I would have understood if they had asked for the original parcel to be returned before despatching the correct package. Well done!
