Disgraceful –Never again - what a let down.
Ordered a turkey here on Nov 8 2022 and according to their website it would be delivered on Dec 22. It NEVER arrived. There was NO communication at all from the company or the courier. I tried contacting both in every way possible to no avail. All phone voice mails full. It ruined our family’s most important meal in the year, often the only time we are together, Christmas dinner. I requested a refund and an explanation. The refund was given five days later. NO explanation was given. Terrible customer service – DO NOT buy from them.
