The Service is great

I signed up with Terraboost for a single kiosk at $350/month after working with the sales team to select a location. Shortly after, I was contacted again about a better location at a lower cost. I made it very clear, both verbally and via text, that I only wanted one location and that the original kiosk should be canceled if we proceeded with the second.

Instead of honoring that agreement or clarifying any limitations, I was bounced between sales and my "customer support" representative. I was told that changes would need to be reviewed — and then heard nothing back despite repeated follow-ups. Sales later assured me again they'd provide an update by the end of the week. That never happened either.

Now I have two active kiosks, something I never agreed to or budgeted for. There is no clear escalation path or accountability once you're handed off to "support." I've now paid $600/month instead of the $350 originally discussed, more than doubling my planned investment for something I didn’t want.

The only positive part of this experience was the Art Team, who delivered a great design and were professional and responsive. Unfortunately, their good work is completely overshadowed by poor internal communication, a lack of follow-through, and a sales process that over-promised and under-delivered.

I've formally notified them that I will not renew beyond the 6-month term, and I will not be recommending Terraboost to others.

It has been over a month, and my booth is still not up, and I have already paid $800

TerraBoost Media made our Safeway ads painless from start to finish. Clear guidance on creative, fast setup in store, and great communication the whole way. The placements look sharp and hit the right local shoppers. Friendly team and zero hassle. Would gladly work with them again.

Last year they took $1500 more than the agreed to contract. I had to PROVE they took it. Their accounting cannot simply review what they received. This year they took an additional $2250 out of my account. I have emailed several times and called. NO RESPONSE!

SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. NEXT I WORKED WITH MICHAEL WHO ISSUED A REFUND RIGHT AWAY WHEN I REALIZED A CHARGE THAT WAS A MISTAKE. MOST OF ALL I WORKED WITH JESSICA, SHE WAS FANTASTIC! WHAT A NICE PERSON SHE IS, HELPING ME DESIGN AND ALLOWING ME TO MAKE CHANGES AS I SAW FIT. TOGETHER WE DESIGNED THE PERFECT KIOSK AND I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT WITH THE HELP OF TERRABOOST MY CUSTOMER NUMBERS WILL INCREASE...THANKS!

My experience was good. Everyone communicated well, but the team's signature lines are not generally on communications. It takes some investigation if you actually want to call and talk with someone after you spent almost 3k on advertising. Other than that it was a great experience.

Terraboost contact me right away and rectified the situation! With everything being done online nowadays it was a great to see how prompt they were.
