Very good communication. Quick turnaround time.

We created display information that could be tracked. To date, we have received ZERO leads from these units. Our key concern is the units are placed in a location that isn't beneficial. Every time we visit the stores, the units are placed BEHIND the customers entrance. This means they don't see them until they are leaving. We feel this was mostly a waste of our marketing dollars.

Great company to work with. My advertisement exceeded my expectations!

The salesman lied to me about how my company would bill me and they deducted $1350 in full from my paycheck.

Easy to work with and they were prompt with the turn around of all are work.

I've been trying to get in contact with the company for months, after our initial payment, nobody has reached back out, our kiosk was never installed, and their phone is disconnected. Nobody responds to the emails or the online messaging system. This is a scam. Do not use this company.

TOOK FOREVER TO HAVE OUR KIOSK EVEN IN A SPOT WHERE PEOPLE COULD SEE IT. SO WE PAID FOR MONTHS OF NOTHING.

I was a bit skeptical but the price was good, so I gave it a shot. It took about 3 weeks before my billboard was up and running, so I have been live for about a week. I have not looked at a report yet, but I have had 3 potential clients contact me who said they saw my face at CVS... I have already shown 1 several homes and another will likely list with us. If that keeps up, it is a great investment.

You made the whole process quite easy. From firsst contact to design to implementation.

The artwork experience has been great. Our rep was very communicative and the artwork turned out great. Very happy with the experience so far, would highly recommend!

Update, September 2025:
I am updating my experience from 4 stars to 1 star.
Everything was great until install. Our ad was not in the place agreed upon in our contract, and the poster was adhered poorly so it looked unprofessional. Then, to make matters worse, they put another ad on top of ours long before our timeline was up (still should be going). Customer support has been pretty unhelpful with rectifying. Advertising is expensive, and this was a lot of money from a small business to pay for almost nothing. We upheld our end of the contract and they never upheld theirs.
Original, May 2025: The design process was streamlined and excellent. Communication was always great. The one thing that fell short was the final product being installed correctly. It wasn’t printed to the correct size for our sanitizer kiosk and wasn’t rectified from the back end, we had to ask for it to be fixed. We went and saw it in person and it still was peeling off a little bit. We also have asked multiple times for the kiosk to be put on the correct side of the store that was agreed upon, but we saw it’s still not there. Other than that, things were great. We’re happy with the print quality and digital customer service. Might just need some refining on who they work with for installation.

Terraboost has been wonderful to work with, and the entire process has been seamless. The folks are very friendly, and we are so excited for our collab to be launched here soon. Thanks for everything!

Jess and Daisy were extremely helpful, quick on their turn around times to changes, and made my kiosk look exactly how I pictured it!

Experience has been very positive so far, however, I can't provide anymore detail because my adds haven't been produced and placed yet.

They made the process extremely easy. The portal showed me the status in real time. Customer service was outstanding. Jess is amazing. Thanks so much.
