Deception, deception! Driver didn’t pick up us!!!
The transfer was booked in advance, and according to the confirmation, the driver was scheduled to pick up my family at the hotel at the specified time.
However, the driver did not arrive at the designated meeting point. We were present at the hotel entrance 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time and remained there afterwards. Approximately 10 minutes after the agreed pickup time, we received a call from your company stating that the driver had allegedly been at the location, could not find us, and had already left.
We were present at the agreed location the entire time. This can be confirmed by written verification from the hotel reception
As a result of this situation, we were forced to arrange an urgent taxi at our own expense.
The transfer was booked from Santa Susanna to Girona Airport.

Very bad organization
Very bad organization. The ticket reviewer should check if the online seats are full before selling other tickets in person at the time of the departure.
It was a scandal to have bought a 9 person family with and elder person) ticket online and, when presenting the QR code, the reviewer didn't even let the 9 person family enter before starting to read other tickets QR codes. The caos was intaled, families where apart and some risking to be left behing at the bus stop (even having bough the tickets), because he was at the same time selling new ones. All of this happenned after a 15min delay of the bus that was supposed to take us to the airport...
