This and all other HOA management companies are shear crooks. There is no other way to define them. They charge fees to send HOA resale packages via EMAIL - a simple attachment to an email... these fees are over $175. Oh, then you need to get a demand letter, which they charge $195 that includes a $20 process fee (CC use is even more) to say that you don't owe any back HOA dues when selling you home. These companies are inept to support HOAs, they simply exist due to inept HOA board members needing someone to hold their hand. The concept of the HOA was probably good intentioned but not a single HOA is executed correctly. It is simply a money grab scam. All of these property management companies are scumbags!
