I showed interest in a product wich I lost interest in after a while. After 2 weeks I cancelled the order but they somehow managed to said that I had a fine to pay of 124 euro's because I didn't cancel on time. So i Instamessaged MeineKette, and they said that they will send me a letter with the fine I had to pay within a few days. I called the debt collection agency wich they put on me. I had recieved several "threathing" e-mails in German. OFCOURSE I didn't agree with this and I reached out to the Europe Comission for customers. I explained everything and eventually they dropped all the charges of payment.
SO PEOPLE IF THESE GUYS ASK MONEY FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE NOR CANCEL NEVER BUT NEVER PAY IT. TAKE CONSEQUENCES AND DONT BE AFRAID. THOSE THREATNING EMAILS ARE FAKE
