The last 3 visits to Tesco store Lee Mill the shelves have been empty, and I mean empty, just empty boxes where the stock had been. The store seems to be very untidy because of this and there are more... See more

Dropped in to Airdrie store to upgrade my phone sim. I'm not knowledgeable at all, so I was very pleased with the service I received from Kristie. She was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful! 5 stars Kristie!!

I wanted to share a big thank you to Simon at Tesco Chesterfield for his excellent help in-store today. He assisted me throughout my entire shopping trip and delivered truly fantastic service with a smile.
DISCRIMINATIVE TESCOs
Using online shopping for the first time, the items i wanted can only be purchased at the Superstorevin St Leonards.
Just had a major operation, so cannot drive or carry items. On bedrest for 6 weeks.
Items put in whoosh!!! Whatever that means (small stores) so they dont do items. The young man tried to be helpful, however advise i would have to wait for 2 hours to speak to a manager.
Thats if they even call. I need particular drink to take my medication.
Clearly the vulnerable and disabled are a low priority. I cannot drive due to my medication and cannot lift or carry heavy items. No duty of care. Was told make a bigger shop so that they can get more money. Disgusting! Happy for me to be without essential items for those housebound.
Update, missed call as it was witheld, my phone does not accept withold numbers. The onus was put on me. Despite my vulnerability, to change background or get someone to assist, despite advising no family live locally and neighbours unavailable.happy for me to have no food or drink. Disgusting. Happy to exploit the vulnerable.
I have tried to contact Tesco about…
I have tried to contact Tesco about this , but their systems dont facilitate complaints or direct communications about issues .
I tried to purchase 2 Tomorite growbags . Apart from being very heavy I later found they were soaking wet inside , the bags split at the ends before reaching the checkout making both un usable as growbags . I spoke about the problem at the checkout but was told it was a tomorite issue not Tescos . The bags are filled with a solid clod of compost which is almost impossible to use without considerable cultivation

TESCO WELLINGTON TELFORD
TESCO WELLINGTON TELFORD
WHAT A DISGRACE
Home delivery booked for 5pm-6pm today and had a notification saying shopping was next stop between 4.54pm and 5.24pm
6pm came and still no delivery.
Phoned the helpline (who may I add were brilliant each of the 3 men we spoke to!!) And the store called me back and made umpteen excuses, such as sickness, breaks etc. Multiple times tripping on their own lie. Offered us a delivery 8pm-9pm which was very much DECLINED. In the end my husband decided to go to store and collect our shopping! To my amazement when he got home HALF OF IT IS MISSING.
TESCO WELLINGTON what a POOR excuse of customer service and if you are going to get staff to lie about reasoning make sure they are believable (my brother is a delivery driver for another leading store so I know how it works!!!)
Our FIRST and DEFINITELY LAST time using tesco home delivery
Very unsatisfied customer!!!
I did my shopping by scan and shop
I did my shopping by scan and shop. On leaving it bleeped the out the store the wheel locked up so the security guard came to me said it would be the beef asked to look at my receipt, which when I took it out of my purse he snatched it and I did say I would report him and he just laughed. Then he could not fined the minced beef so I had to show him. Absolutely disgusting
Worthing (West Durrington superstore) Scruffy badly stocked hovel.
The Durrington Worthing superstore still a hovel with empty shelves, rubbish everywhere, and hoards of staff doing "home shopping" instead of dealing with the important issues as above. As ever we couldn't get everything we wanted, Bean sprouts for one and Cherries for another as an example despite being part of their advertising. Once you have done battle with the rubbish and home shoppers, empty shelves etc you get to checkout to find just a couple open with long queues, ( we choose not to use auto checkouts because they are unreliable and people obviously still have to prove they are not thieves on a regular basis that we object to. We fully support the long suffering but wonderful friendly checkout operatives. This is far from the first time we have complained about this place. We are both slightly disabled and elderly but because we don't have a blue badge or a child we have to walk great distances in the car park! ( is our money and custom not worth the same??) Yes we could go elsewhere but why should we travel further afield to shop? Looks like we will have to, to find a properly managed business that treats customers properly.
Tesco Canton Express a poor customer…
Tesco Canton Express a poor customer experience. Only use this store for the location. Staff seem to try and make it as difficult as possible for customers shopping to get to the shelves. Appreciate you have to stock the shelves but not sure why you are doing this at peak times.
Tesco what have you done to your fresh…
Tesco what have you done to your fresh chicken ? The chicken legs are scrawny, flavourless and smaller. They used to be plump and tasty but not any more. Same goes for the whole chickens. I used to tell everyone how good the chicken was but not any more.
I want to complain about the meal deal…
I want to complain about the meal deal last night dreadful but you try complaining to Tesco it's impossible you keep going round in circles until you give just what they want.
Wish I could give a 0
Wish I could give a 0. I ordered a home shop delivery last night the 14th of May 2026. All seemed good! I was charged fast enough of over 100 pounds.
Following morning. I received a message that my whole order had been CANCELLED! No reason as to why!
No alternative slots issued or even the following day for delivery. Nothing
Now I have to wait and wait days for my money back.
If they take your money within seconds then it must be paid back as fast!
Some people don’t have then the spare money to order again somewhere else
Also me and my Husband have disabilities and it’s incredibly difficult to get out. Yet again no disability respect from Tesco.
They are the worst company
Declining Standards and Poor Customer Experience
The quality of the products has become very substandard, especially considering the prices being charged. I have personally witnessed meat packaging that has been opened by someone and then left on the shelf, with the product clearly exposed and starting to dry out and go off, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Bananas and other fresh items are regularly bruised and damaged, clearly due to careless handling and poor stock management.
The coupons and “Clubcard offers” rarely seem relevant to what I actually buy or want, so they feel more pointless than rewarding.
On top of that, some staff members are rude and unprofessional — I have even witnessed customers being called names, which is completely unacceptable. The delivery drivers are often rude as well and seem to have little to no customer service training. Many come across as indifferent and not particularly polite, which only adds to the poor overall experience.
To make matters worse, the entrance of my local Tesco often smells like raw sewage, and it appears to have been left unresolved for far too long. Overall, the shopping experience has seriously declined, and Tesco no longer feels like a company that values quality, hygiene, or customer care.

I looked at the APP yesterday before I went in to my local. It said "especially for you section" and one of the offers was the Gastro fish. When I looked, I could see an alternative at twice the price, so I asked. We don't do that one here, so you'll have to go to a bigger store. Sorry, but they are not exactly around the corner.
WHEN IS A DEAL NOT A DEAL?
A middle of the road (3*) review of a certain NON-Deal, but why don't y'all make up yer own minds, eh.
Tesco's idea of a deal in this case, is for TASSIMO PODS.
Does a Clubcard "4 for the price of 3" deal sound good to you?
Well @ £5.70 a pack, it's near the top end, but worse still is the packs ONLY HAVE 6 DRINKS each, whereas the norm is 8...do the math people.
The SO CALLED free 4th pack is MADE UP (literally) from what has been taken from us, via shrinkflation.
Cut ready to paste Trustpilot, just sayin.
Manipulated product reviews
I left 2 product reviews on 26th April. One positive and one negative. The positive review started showing almost immediately. Over 2 and a half weeks later, the negative one is still not showing.
Tesco finest sausages are the best by…
Tesco finest sausages are the best by far, much tastier and the skin is not thick and chewy, unlike Asda, Morrisons and Marks & Spencer.
I am writing to formally complain about…
I am writing to formally complain about an incident that took place at your Tesco store on Ladbroke Grove Road during my recent visit today May 14th 2026
I entered the store to purchase two items using the self-checkout. After scanning my items, I turned to ask a member of staff for a plastic bag. Once she handed me the bag, I began taking out my phone to scan my Clubcard before making payment.
At that point, in front of other customers, the staff member stated to me, “Make sure you pay for the bag.” I found this comment unnecessary, embarrassing, and deeply disrespectful. I was immediately taken aback, as I had given no indication whatsoever that I intended to leave without paying.
As a regular customer who shops in this store almost daily, I found the interaction extremely upsetting. What made the situation worse was that I felt singled out and unfairly judged. From my perspective, I felt racially profiled and treated with suspicion in a way that was both humiliating and unacceptable.
Following the incident, I approached the manager to express how uncomfortable and offended I felt. However, instead of feeling listened to or reassured, I felt as though I was being treated as a threat. The manager’s response further escalated the situation and left me feeling dismissed rather than supported as a loyal customer raising a legitimate concern.
This experience has left a very negative impression on me, and I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by both staff and management. No customer should be made to feel criminalised, stereotyped, or disrespected while shopping.
I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and investigated appropriately. I would also appreciate a response regarding what actions will be taken to ensure other customers are not made to feel the same way in future.
opening times
Tesco's opening times are mostly telling the truth i arrived at 6 am before work and they were open but there have been some instances where they opened up late and i was late for work
