I’ve ask for the phone price and i got a price and after all documents were done he ask another 150€

I have 2 tesco mobile phone..travelled to South Africa via Qatar ,was charged €97.14 on my son's fon and €135 on my for 2 months ..when i called i was told about roaming of which i used airport Internet and the other one for my 6 year old was even off. Cant wait to pay off the outstanding bill and cancel my contract with them.

Had to replace my bank card and they cancelled my account. I asked them to reinstate but went nowhere. Have moved to An Post. They would not even give me my old number.

Went into the store this afternoon, we were looking for a new phone for an elderly hard of hard-of-hearing relative. Adam was in the TM shop and was so helpful, explained the phone was locked and the relevant plans, he also set the phone up and explained what would happen to the phone the customer already had. Adam has such a lovely manner, so knowledgeable and patient with the buyer. This interaction made such a difference in the way buyer feels about the phone.

Worst mobile company out there. There is no signal at all and I had come to terms with there was no signal in my area but it happened to be at my workplace. I was very happy and now suddenly it’s gone and no one has helped me. I only went on this company because I needed to pay off my phone. Absolutely ridiculous. How many problems I’ve had in this company
I got this, easily and quickly, in 2021. It cost me €20 per month. It worked perfectly in Ireland, but in Europe, I had no service. It was rubbish.
I cancelled it today in Tesco Swords and had excellent assistance from a young person from Brazil. He was so helpful and tried to keep me on-board with a non regular payment.
If only the service on the sim had been as good.
I have (supposedly) unlimited internet access yet I get " sorry no service available" I get almost every time I Google anything from Amazon type sites no t available reload blah blah and so on. Once a month I get you've reached your target amount alloted and everything slows down. I tried to get in touch with Tesco my password was wrong but it was the correct password I keep the same one always. A couple of months left and never again it's cheaper but Im getting no service realistically

Took money twice and they cancelled both orders (due to technical issues) then you have to wait for a refund.... now waiting almost over 2 weeks for my money to be refunded... told do I want to reorder.... are you having a laugh
Worst company ever. Wherever I go I'm out of internet and signal. Can't do and receive calls. Now I'm on holidays and have no signal like I don't have sim card in my phone. I tried to reach support on online chat but no answers. Gonna change it to vodafone when I come back from holidays. Disgusting company
Don’t know how they are still running as a business. The worst phone provider around got a phone not even one year old and the battery is completely fried and there answer was I’m outside the cool off period. I will have to pay out my contract to get a new phone even though it’s not my fault
Terrible service. Awful customer service and charge through the nose for data outside the EU, shocking.
One of the worst network providers there is . Bought a new phone and switched from Vodafone since being with Tesco I could not receive calls or txts or verication codes etc got no where with customer service or when I went into shop . 6 months it was going on switched back to Vodafone and all is working good again

Had to make an emergency call at the weekend to family as another family member was dying. NO SIGNAL to call so some didn’t get to say goodbye!
Tesco mobile SHAME ON YOU
I rang tesco 2 wks ago and knew I wouldn't be able to use our phones on holidays. My bill is 40 a month and my data roaming doesn't work. 6 of us on tesco mobile, first chance I get we ll be pulling out. Emergency calls were needed to home and that really showed how bad it is!
Very poor customer service. Ended up costing me hundreds of euros for an account ive never used or have never received a bill for because of a completely flawed and useless system. And no goodwill offered. And want hundreds of euros to cancel contract. AVOID at all costs.
Completely misinformed me of my bills and took over 3 hours to get clarification and no gesture of goodwill volunteered or post request. Very shoddy and when this contract is over I will move. Having addressed this they applied a credit to my clubcard account so in the end all is well.
