Do not use this trainer if your dog is a loved pet. Damien is very aggressive and literally dragged my dog around by his lead virtually choking him. Spend most of the hour talking nonsense about his and other customers dogs and made some inappropriate personal remarks. I'll never forgive myself for not leaving after the first 10 minutes, my poor dog was terrified of him.
I would not recommend Damian's online training package at all. I paid a premium price (£1000) for 4 zooms and unlimited calls and whatsapp’s. I don’t feel that I got anywhere near the premium service promised as Damian seems to be juggling too many balls with the Farm, face to face plus online lessons.
He forgot to call me back on more than one occasion (we only spoke 3 times), forgot to send me a video he promised, and took 15 days to call me back to critique a video that I had sent him (admittedly over xmas period but still!). I also had not one communication from him to ask me how things were going during the process.
I emailed him asking for a partial refund as I had lost faith in his service and didn’t want the last zoom, he refused and now he is not replying to my emails at all. More importantly my original issue is nowhere near being solved.
