Deceptive Crooks

They charge a subscription and don't tell you anything about it when you sign up.

Very deceptive company.

I'll be contacting Google pay and Amex next and filing complaints.

SCAM. THIEVES. 😡

Scam. This is a complete scam. Hidden in a very clever way is a subscription that the unaware user is scammed into signing up for. To test the validity of the test I took it twice , two separate email addresses… provided vastly different answers …yet received exactly the same score and report ! It’s a scam. To add insult to injury I then received two subscription charges a week later. What subscription ? It’s a scam.
If you care to check the negative reviews you will find they all refer to the fraudulent subscription charges. Further , reading some of the positive reviews they stand out as clearly staged , fake reviews.
There is no customer service. No human face. No telephone customer service. Emails are ignored.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM.

IQ Test is displayed as free but is not...

*Free* IQ test that they offered is not free what so ever. After you waste your 10-20min doing the test they say you have to pay for the results. Which is $20 CAD. This is a crooked tactic they are using to strongly persuade you to give them money. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME STEER CLEAR!!!

FAKE TRIAL Set up in such a way that it is nearly impssible to cancel before they charge you for 3 months

Ironically an IQ test that proves you aren't very clever if you buy it. Clearly tells everyone they are smarter than 97% of people in a thing and then better than 99% of people in a specific category. I took the test twice Once on one email and once on another. I purposefully answered a couple questions incorrectly and waited an extra 4 minutes to turn in the exam on the second account. Both accounts got "smarter than 97% of people and scoring 99th% in pattern recognition.

Out of curiosity i signed up for the free trial just to see what the gimmick is. Basically they have a 7 day period. at the end of it they bill you for 3 months of subscription, but if you read the payment terms they "process payments no less than 24 hours prior to your current terms expiration". that would mean they will bill you at least a full day before you think you need to cancel. but they can actually bill way before then. i had expected THAT to be the gimmick to get more people than just those too lazy to cancel. its actually much worse.

When you make an account they never send you login information and there is no way to cancel from what you have. in order to cancel you have to have a specific link they never even give you until you have nan invoice. you can find it but you have to do a lot of digging without it. even if you did find the link it requires you have an invoice number which you wont have UNTIL they bill you for 3 months( not the 20 dollar one month they advertise). Im a very tech savvy person(im a lead computer engineer nearly 20 years experience) this was way more hidden than a "get better at computers" type thing.

there is an email you can reach out to if you don't have an invoice but it says they need 3 BUISNESS DAYS prior to your cancellation request to process it. and on top of that they say if that if that 72 hour window has any overlap with the 24 hours prior to your next subscription they will still charge you. So its not a 7 day subscription its a 3 day subscription at best and that's if they don't "begin processing until 24 hours before the trial ends. they specifically say "no less than 24 hours" i suspect they would say something like 24-72 hours prior to charge if you asked them. Basically if you start the trial on a Wednesday through Sunday there is no way to stop them from charging you 50 bucks. if you happen to do the trial on Monday or Tuesday and nearly immediately figure out how to cancel you MIGHT be able to stop them from charging you.

AVOID AVOID - TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

AVOID AVOID - They sign you up for a recurring subscription without making it clear. They make you think your paying a small amount eg £1.99, then in tiny text in their 'invoice' they auto sign you up and bill you £49.99 3 days later. At not one point do you realise you are buying a subscription. These type of tactics should be illegal. Absolute scam artists.

The test is alright and the price for it is just.
But beware it's a subscription trap automatically after you pay for the 0.5$ test they will charge you 50$ for monthly sub. And they leave you with only short amount of time to undo it.

This is a Subscription Trap

This is a deceptive website, which I was baited to by an add on X. It a subscription trap. I knew it was going to happen while I was doing the “free” iq test but was having too much fun so did it anyway. At the end of the IQ test you have to pay to get your results, and then the subscription is £1.95 in BIG BOLD letters on the screen. Sounds good until you read the small print that that is for 3 days until it reverts to £49.99 per month!!! They even say I “scored than 99% of people tested” no doubt another tactic to encourage me to sign up.

Not nice
