Having signed up for the app, I couldn't log in and after emailing customer service 3 times and hearing nothing, gave up. They have £18 of my money for absolutely nothing. A complete scam. Don't use.

Was a bit sceptical after the negative reviews. However after downloading the app on Thursday and upgrading to the premium account my daughter got a notification on the Monday for an earlier test by 20 days. It might not seem a lot but its better than nothing! Hopefully this will change again soon. Download the app and hold on!

I had the app for two weeks, nothing popped up. I cancelled my premium and got a refund and then something popped up? Maybe a coincidence but feels like a scam to me 🤷🏾‍♂️

I was very dubious after reading reviews but I am now glad I used test shift and used the auto shift setting. We got my son’s test moved forward by two months and moved to a better location. This was 2-3 weeks after buying the premium option and we now feel it was well worth the money.

Bought the premium account for this app to see if we could get a cancellation. Had the app for 3 months and had 0 alerts from it. Total waste of money!

Not happy with this app my son brought the upgraded version had 1 time notification moved it closer but still not close enough and we’ve had nothing since, sick if these people getting away with these scams

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to after reading these negative reviews. I simultaneously used Testshift with 3 other popular cancellation apps. 2 of the others kept notifying me of cancellations then within seconds notifying me that they were gone. Testshift wasn't alerting me to anything so I was dubious but 7 days later, I was notified that Testshift has brought my son's test forward from February next year to 2 weeks time! 😃 Meanwhile the other apps were absolutely useless! I managed to claim a refund for the other apps but I would absolutely 100% recommend Testshift Premium and activating the auto shift feature. Have faith that it is doing its job in the background.

At first I though the app was a scam because it wasn't getting me any tests but finally it secured me a test 2 weeks earlier which made a difference so I could go back to uni. Hold on to faith, it does work eventually but not as quickly as I would've liked.

Shocking, I was getting lots of mesages saying I had missed certain tests etc for my test centre, so then I upgraded and paid and nothing!! Absolutely nothing! And I have other apps that are sending cancellations so they are there! Terrible to get hold of for a refund DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

Scam App

Before buying the service it used to show me that in my test centre there where many test cancellations popping day by day almost 5+ per day, after I buy the app to get atleast 1 of these, the notification system for 3 weeks straight showed 0 new cancellations.

It enticed me to buy the service, but post-buying it it just doesn't do anything.

I would greatly appreaciate it if they where honest if there where no test avaiable instead of falsely advertising in the app of the 20+ cancellations weekly at my centre before I bought the service

AVOID this app! It's such a waste of money. I've had it for over 2 months and haven't received any notification. I have the premium version and it doesn't work. I've emailed them but no response.

Was sceptical to buy the app as I read the reviews on here. My friend paid for the premium features and managed to get two cancellation test. I bit the bullet and paid for the extra features. Within a week I got a cancellation test for next month. I done the auto shift option. My son's test wasn't till November!! Very happy and I can recommend this app.

Before I paid the subscription slots were coming up all the time that was a really good time and a really good date but “conveniently” I would always miss them by a few hours or minutes despite me constantly checking the app 24/7. Due to this I thought yeah I’m gonna buy the subscription because I trusted that dates were actually going to come up however NONE has come up in the few months that I’ve had the app, I’ve even been checking constantly. I’ve tried getting my money back but no response. What a waste of £14.99 and £2.50 VAT.

Signed up in May and found one in October but since May there has been no update or shifts offered. We put no limits on search so something is t working there as others have offered places available. Also they send stock reply’s and divert you to Apoke pay for refunds - which doesn’t work…so buyer beware. I cannot recommend at all sadly.

Paid £18 for this app and a week into it I’ve got no notifications of any cancellations. Even put destinations where I’ve seen myself there’s tests available and they still didn’t give me a notification to say there’s cancellations. Shocking app. Do NOT buy.

Changed my test without me asking and I don't even have the premium version. App is a scam do not download. It moved my test further away from the date I had.

Really don't understand the negative reviews used this four times after yes three failed tests this app is worth it's waight in gold Iv got four tests all with in three months. I'd assume all the negatives are people who have no Idea how to use the app.

This app has done exactly what it said. Test moved, days saved. Excellent price.

As previous person mentioned. Stay away from this app. It's been under maintenance and you can't login. It's a waste of money, use another service. I am dealing with play store about a refund and to have the app removed for not fulfilling what people are paying for. No response from customer service either. Never buy anything if there isn't a customer service phone number. Scammers.

It’s a SCAM. You pay the money but you don’t get any cancellation despite other app providing with them. You try to log out and that is it. You will not be able to login again ever, claiming the app is under maintenance! Avoid at all cost!!!!
