I ordered some sandles on Tuesday and decided to pay the premium so that they are delivered by Friday. Not even picked up by DPD by the Friday.
The only way to communiace with them is via a bot which took details and said that someone would be back to me within 2 days. This is so frustrating!!!
Return made uneasy and totally unhelpful customer service…. Sit and wait is their motto.
