I am a repeat customer. Textbook solutions is easy to order through and offers competitive prices and great inventory. Delivery is quick and they make the return process extremely easy including sending reminders. There really is no reason for me to use any other source - extremely pleased.

So far, I've been extremely pleased with this textbook service. They do have reasonable prices, good deals, and great customer service! I received a textbook I needed in just 2 days after ordering. Last semester, when I couldn't find a return label for my book, I hopped on the live chat, and someone answered me within seconds and sent me the label I needed. I think maybe the only thing that threw me off a bit is when I couldn't figure out how to print my return label from the website.

Great price, book came pretty quick, sooner than expected. Book was in good quality and then answered some questions I had in a timely manner (next day). Definitely would buy again.

The book arrived after about a week, and it was in excellent condition. I did not see any writing or highlighter marks in it. The book cover shows some wear, but other than that I have no complaints.

They didn’t have a picture of the book I needed, so I was scared to confirm it. The representative I spoke with somehow looked it up in their warehouse. Shipping was so fast, and I actually ended up getting a third edition when i only
paid for a second edition! Definitely recommend :)

Arrival came faster than my other books. I'm very pleased with the product that came in and will be searching Textbook Solutions for more books.

The textbooks arrived earlier than anticipated and were in great condition. The rentals were $100 less than the ones on amazon and chegg.

I rented books online. The process was very easy. I got all of my books in a timely manner and packaged very well. I did have an issue where I received a light ballast instead of a book I ordered. I contacted customer service through text messaging. I messaged with Carolyn and she took great care of me and the very next day I had my book at no further cost to me and the issue was resolved . I will be ordering again! Thanks.
