we Was using Podium to communicate and accept online payments with our very large customer base, Podium customer service is about a 1/2 star and there Technicains dont have a clue on what there doing, after about a week on Text Request i can already tell the difference in the service and the quality of this platform, thank you Text Request Danny @ the Bullfrog corner Pawn shop

Nothing but positive experiences so far! The system was up and running immediately after signing up, there are several price points depending on my changing needs and potential growth, and the team is very knowledgeable and willing to help answer questions.

I have been with Text Request for 8 months and we have experienced multiple issues with other carriers and providers in the past. The worst was transitioning from other providers to Text Request. They responded with patience and professionalism always willing to work with providers we were working to move from as well as our voice call providers and the unique but separate services for our main client lines. Customer service has always been excellent. Communications with us, especially during a problem point, has been exemplary. What I really appreciate about Text Request? If investigating them? They are true to their word. We have recently worked with other providers who promised us the world ... then we signed for a year commitment, and these promises became "what we thought we heard". Not the case with Text Request. They were up front, answered our questions (and questions become deep and knowledgeable especially when you worked with other groups who simply lied to us. Thank you, Text Request! The integrity of your service and your staff and customer support? Has been a breath of fresh air for us as we untied ourselves from services that have let us down. I highly recommend Text Request for your texting service!

Text Request is a super helpful platform that allows me to keep conversations between clients neatly organized and cohesive. I enjoy being able to post messages when I'm out of the office for an extended period of time and communicate effectively with my clients.

Text Request has made our ongoing business texting needs a breeze. Text Request allows us to upload our prospect and customer list to send personalized text messages to the masses. We like this software a lot more than past providers we have tried because there are more features to this platform. We recommend their services to our fellow franchisees often.

Text Request is a great business texting software. Our team uses the web-based version and the mobile app version of the software. Text Request uses our business' landline's phone number to allow us to text. There's lots of great features like SMS chat (the live chat feature on websites), templates for text messages, form fields (you can upload CSV files of customer data to really customize text messages), mass text messages and keywords.

I love the ease of use, and how quickly the message reaches the customer. It helps with my daily workflow tremendously!

They are a great program that allows us to reach out to patients and give them a myriad of info without having to get someone to pick up the phone. They can also respond to you through the same app you use to contact them. p cool stuff dude!

I like that it's easy to use. I have it up all day and I can definitely distinguish which texts I haven't read. I love sending group emails and scheduling the texts at a certain time. Thanks so much.

Text request is such a great help to our business. It has made it so much easier to set up service appointments. We have over 500 every spring and fall. This helps tons. Customers tend to answer a text much quicker then a phone call or voicemai. Love text request!

Text Request makes it faster and so convenient to communicate with our customers. They can send job photos, and it enables us to provide job estimates without having to drive to their home. It saves us time and the customer as well.
