Fantastic help and fast service.
One quick phone call got me the precise mounting hardware for my shock/bike. Received the next day and easily fitted.

Excellent service, highly recommended. Fox X2 serviced by Joff, returned with recommended slight changes to air and compression settings. Shock feels much better on the bike (Orange Alpine 6) Great communications from sending the shock, during the service and on return. Will definitely use again

Super company to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to move to a coil spring and a 30 min conversation with them and I was clear which one I wanted (and ordered). They fitted and configured it for me and it's been outstanding on the trails and parks.

They also serviced my rear shock and found some scoring in the air can. Shouldn't be like that after just 1 year and so I used their report to get a replacement from Fox (through Giant my bike dealer).

All in all, this is a great company who are specialists and experts in their field. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Now....probably time for me to get my forks serviced..... :)

Repeat customer, always a pleasure to use TF Tuned, staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve dropped off items in person and via post, communication always excellent and always get my kit back the day after it’s serviced.

TF have serviced 2 Cannondale Leftys and a Rockshox Monarch for me this year. Easy to follow booking process, great work with direct contact from the techs working on the shocks, and reasonable pricing. Special mention to Joff and Adam for epic customer service and clear explanation of any work required. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I’ve had great service from TF tuned to date. This time Ruth was extremely helpful and took some time to explain with the help of other staff around a technical issue.
Received some forks that had a few issues.
I emailed TF Tuned to see what the next step is. This was handled efficiently, forks replaced and are as expected.
Problem resolved and forks fitted. Happy. Thanks.

Excellent service and work done on my Lefty 2.0 carbon by Joff. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, fork has never felt this good.
They also provide a service record when they return your fork detailing what they did and what setup they used (pressure, rebound etc.).
Felt like proper old school service, highly recommend.

The tech that did the work went through what they were going to do in detail, and discussed some potential tuning options.

Had some volume bands fitted to my shock as recommended. The tune is great, supple, good small bump sensitivity, but great midstroke support too.

A reference point for bike suspensions. In particular, customer service is always available to solve your questions, it's a pleasure to talk with experienced technicians.

After upgrading my shock there was very little info on the bushing hardware needed online to fit my frame, Ruth was a huge help and managed to source the correct hardware.

I have just used TF Tuned to service my Cannondale Lefty Forks. Booked a date online, sent the forks in and received a phone call at 0830 on the morning I'd booked explaining progress and what was required. A phone call a couple of hours later stating job finished and forks back on their way to me. Excellent service and a good firm to deal with. Highly recommended

Amended review to 5 star after member of staff provided me with valuable information regarding the setup of my rear suspension - originally had issue with a coil I ordered being out of stock but they were quick in getting things sorted for me and able to provide me some really useful info into the setup and technicality of my suspension.

Can’t recommend TF Tuned enough. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The type of place that if they can do something for you, they will. Great people, awesome service!

After a hiccup with delivery times with a Cane Creek shock....my fault, I need new glasses, i plumped for a Fox Float X 2022. After sending my information...bike, weight and riding style...the shock arrived within a week. A little note was in the box with a recommended air pressure and it was spot on!! Perfect sag on the shock with riding gear. Can’t fault them...free stickers too!!

I recently purchased a service kit from tf tuned, which unfortunately contained the wrong wiper seals (not their fault, the rockshox kit code doesn't differentiate between two models of fork 🤷‍♂️).

Tf sent me a new set of seals which arrived the next day, free of charge.

I'm very grateful as I don't feel like it was really their responsibility to do so- excellent service!
