What a fantastic company! I bought a one of their pepper mills many years ago, a small broke on it through normal wear and tear. When I contacted them to find out about replacement parts, they very kindly sent one in the post FOC. There aren’t many business around these offering such great customer support. The mill is also brilliant, has lasted ages and still looks good.

Fantastically helpful assistance from T&G staff - couldn’t ask for more. They’ve gone out of their way to remedy any small problems and willingly supply spare parts in case anything needs replacing. Consistently polite, friendly and very impressive in this day and age . 10/10

Completely brilliant company. We have had a salt and pepper set of theirs for a couple of decades and twice during that period they have replaced minor bits of them which have worn through sheer use. Sending them free of charge they have resurrected our set - SO appreciated! Fabulous customer service 🙏

We had or stainless steele Appollo Salt Mill over 10 years ago and it was still going strong after all this time apart from it needed a new grinder which is inevitable agter all these years. I contacted the head office to purchase one and they are sending me one free of charge. I'll never buy another brand! Excellent product, exellent customer service (thanks Cindy). 😊

It’s so nice to receive such good customer service. I needed a replacement bracket for the bottom of a large pepper mill and contacted T&G. Katina responded very quickly and soon had the part sent, free of charge. It now works perfectly again. Thank you very much.

The plastic bracket on the bottom of the pepper mill was broken. Bought the piece 5 yrs ago, customer service was super helpful and immediately popped the spare part in the post which was a perfect fit. Thank you ! Amrita

Excellent customer service. I have an old wooden pepper mill and the plastic bracket holding the mill in place had broken. I contacted T&G Woodware to see if they could supply me with a replacement and my email was answered very quickly and a part sent out straight away. A very happy customer.

The salt and pepper mills were pulled apart to clean them. And then we couldn't put them together again. We sent them back to T&G who repaired them and sent them back in full working order no charge. Brilliant customer service.

We had a pepper mill that we loved and a small part broke. I contacted T&G Woodward. Katina informed that the previous company had manufactured the mill and had gone into liquidation. That said she said if I sent her a picture she would see had they a replacement part. She found one and sent it to us. Worked perfectly. She went above and beyond to help.

I have a salt mill that I bought so long ago that I can't remember when or where I bought it. Part of the mechanism broke, so when I noticed the T&G name on it, I got in touch on the off chance that they might have a spare. I didn't hold out much hope, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the T&G staff courteously and quickly went to every effort to help me find one. They sent me a selection of parts to try (free of charge) and sure enough, there was one that fitted. I returned the unwanted ones, meaning that I managed to repair my salt mill for the cost of sending a small 2nd class package. I am so pleased! Top customer service from T&G.

Telephoned the company for repair to apollo mill.
advised by pleasant lady, that they had taken over the company and were not able to carry out repairs, but held spare parts. Sourced the information I needed and emailed links to me. Ordered the parts required.
The compny also emmailed me with fitting videeo links. All great help. I will order further items from them in the future
