UPDATE 10/17/23: Ted still has not gotten back to us. We tried to figure out what his issue is but he never got back to us. We cannot help a customer if they will not work with us.
UPDATE 7/10/23: We tried assisting Ted but he stopped replying to his ticket.
UPDATE 6/10/23: We've made 6+ attempts (emails and updates on here) to get in touch with Ted but he is blowing us off. We've tried to help him but he is non-responsive.
UPDATE 6/9/23: We've sent Ted multiple emails trying to assist him but he has not replied at all thus far.
UPDATE 6/7/23: We've reached out multiple times to Ted to try and assist him but we have not received anything back from him as of right now. Please get back to us on your ticket Ted. The ticket number is 24080.
Hi there Ted. Sorry to hear that you're having issues. We do have technical support available if you need help. The firmware does work with the CR-10S5 as long as things are connected correctly and the firmware is configured correctly.
I see that you opted out of technical support when you purchased the firmware but we do have paid support available separately. Please contact us to setup a paid support call and we'll be able to get you up and running as well as help you understand what steps were done wrong so you can get everything working. I made a ticket for you so we can get you setup for some support to get you going. Talk to you soon!

EZABL sensor turned my Ender Pro 2 into a reliable printer. Out of the box, the printer was not reliable and destined for the trash heap, but after several TH3D upgrades and their Unified Firmware saved the printer.
I would not buy Creality again, but I will search TH3D first for any of my printing needs.

Hi there Rob.
We have pictures of the product on the page before you purchase, including it in the dark. In order to see the color change, it has to be on a longer print as well so you use up the filament and it changes as you use it up. So if you print a smaller item, its likely going to only be mainly one color. However, if you print a larger item it will change what color is glowing.
There are multiple glow-in-the-dark colors on the roll but like all glow-in-the-dark colors, they are not going to be super bright and we show what to expect in the product photo. You can also "charge" up glow in the dark filaments with a blacklight/uv flashlight to really make them pop.

If you are looking to buy any upgrades to your printer, these guys back it up with the tech support and knowledge I don't think you'll find many other places.
