Are these reviews genuine as I can't get through on the phone.
Placed an order last week for a pair of Twins Boxing Gloves. Money has been taken from bank, but I've received no confirmation of order or when it might be dispatched.
I've also emailed and am waiting for a response......
Update....just got through on Phone and confirmed gloves should be with me next week. 🙂🤞

Thank you for asking if the gloves have arrived. I did speak to someone who reassured me they were on the way. I haven't got them yet, but I do have a message from Royal Mail to say they now have them.

I have bought a lot of items from this store over the last couple of months and am very pleased with not only the quality of the items but also the customer service. Having an option to contact them via Facebook is also helpful. Getting update emails once your items been shipped with a tracking number is very reassuring as items purchased can be expensive. I’ve done a return due to me ordering the wrong size with a refund as well as cancelling another order and refund when I changed my mind on an item at the last minute. Customer service was very helpful and no issues with refunds. I will continue to use this company.

It was very helpful to receive emails whenever there was a progress (ie when the order was confirmed, when the goods were shipped, expected time of deliveries).
Four stars not five is because goods were directly dropped off at the porters without any pre-notice.
