Absolutely recommend Thai Boxing Store
Writing this on behalf of my mum, who bought me some boxing gloves and some shorts for Christmas. When these were purchased, my mum got an email from them explaining that the gloves were currently out of stock and that she could get a refund or wait until the gloves had been restocked. I decided to wait, which their communication was excellent and received the item with no issues. The communication was key as being kept it the loop and being informed when they had been despatched really is what gave this company 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend and would buy from them again

With regard to the delivery time, the Twins items on your order are advertised as Supplier Fulfilled on the respective product pages which have a 2 week time frame placed on them. A description of this status is found on our shipping page (https://www.thaiboxingstore.co.uk/shipping/). The order was placed on the 08-02-2026 and delivered on 19-02-2026, this is within the advertised timeframe for those items.

The gloves you ordered are advertised as supplier fulfilled and a description of this status is found on our shipping page (https://www.thaiboxingstore.co.uk/shipping/). This is inside the 2 week timeframe we have in place for supplier fulfilled orders. With regards to your email I did not find anything in our inbox, so odds on it might have been caught and deleted by the spam filter. We do check the spam folder, but on occasions emails to do get missed if they end up here so apoloigies if that happened in this case.
