Fraudulent rental agency

Fraudulent rental agency. We tried to sign a contract with them but never reached an agreement. The contract they shared was long and full of hidden fees and other nonsense: fixed fee for cleaning after you move-out (doesn't matter if you left it as found), fee for move-out on the weekend, fees for any contact with them on or outside business hours. Moreover, tenants are supposed to "at all times to keep the property cleaned to a professional standard", tenants are responsible to pay for mold treatment (it was even written in red ink - probably because they don't maintain their properties and that happens often), agency also says that they will inspect the property every 2 weeks. And the list just goes on.

I proposed to amend this nonsense contract, but in the end was ghosted. Colossal waste of time, but I feel even worse for people who rent from them.

As I saw on Google reviews, they write FAKE 5* reviews for themselves and real people give them nothing else but 1*, since the agency seems to never return the deposits (and I am not surprised, because with that contract, they could add up hundreds of pounds in fees for every nonsense possible).
