I ordered the H20 E3 Pro Cleaning System it came with the mop and a number of attachments as well as the 2 H20 bottles that you plug in.

The mop came with the green bottle attached but you can detach this and the white one comes separate.

The Mop doesn't work its broken you put the bottle on and it does nothing. squeeze the handle and it doesn't work. pile of crap, the white H20 machine leaks from the bottom where the clear seal seal attaches to the base leaving crispy dried salt on the outside of it.

I've had one of the H20 machines before when they first came out it was £45 standalone and lasted around 2 years before the element inside rusted and no longer switched on. For £45 I didn't think it was bad for 2 years.

I paid extra this time as you can see they are best part of nearly £200

This company has gone down hill the products themselves probably cost next to nothing to make and while I can't fault its cleaning power the rest is cheap crap.

If you contact them you just get ignored.

Update - refund received but requires persistence. I'ld like to return an item and get a refund as what I received is not as advertised. There's no contact number, only a web form to complete with no acknowledgement of my query via email, still no reply days later and certainly no customer case number provided as stated on their 'solutions' page. Rubbish service in 2025.

The bike nook I ordered came with a small but essential part missing. I have tried to contact them every couple of weeks over the past 4 months getting no help at all with a replacement part. I am now stuck with a useless item I paid £50 for and can't return or fix! Very frustrating experience.

No good for bikes with mud guards or pannier racks

I bought the pro rack and the additional bracket adds no support whatsoever.

Unlike the demonstration videos where they just flip the bike backwards and roll into the stand I have to lift mine into position and then just hope that it will balance there.

This is possibly the most unstable bike stand I’ve ever seen or used and will be going back to an alternative bike rack which is secured to the wall.

Thane customer services couldn't be better. They listen, are understanding and most helpful. In my case I had a dilemma and they sorted it out for me instantly.

As described and easy to use Just received it so too early to judge results

Great product

The elliptical tends to break easily after few months (like most on the market, actually). However, I can say that they have decent customer service and make the replacement process quick and easy. Eva is really helpful . So, a 4/5 rating seems quite fair for the overall experience.

I am unable to register the warranty because the system does not recognise the phone number that was originally on the order. I am unable to send emails to the provided email address. What a farce. I'm hoping someone from the company reads the review. This is my first purchase from them, and if it's not corrected, it will be my last. Very disappointed.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Eva at the customer support team for all her help in getting me the spray mop that I ordered. It took a time but she didn't give up corresponding with me. Thank you so much for your help

Prevoliously had The Shark, and was persuaded to change to the H2O when The Shark gave up after 10 solid years. H2O is completely ineffective, leaves loads of excess water, even on low steam steam setting, and more on high steam, leading to standing liquid which leaves stains and streaks on wood and tiles, forcing me to go behind it with a cheap hand held floor cleaner with an effective cloth head to dry behind it. Double the work and has to be refilled a ridiculous amount of times compared to other options out there. Never again.

The ordering process was easy and goods arrived in time specified. Would order from them again

Not received my parcel, sent back by currier because took it to an address that id moved from, I had arranged for it to be delivered to a drop off point

Service was great, from ordering to delivery. If I had one small issue it would be the instructions for putting the stand together. I have several parts left over that were not on the instructions. Guessing they're not too important as it hasn't fallen apart without them. 🤣
