I love this steam cleaner its brilliant. However had to contact customer services as having problem with tank and steam coming out they got back to me promptly and hopefully will resolve problem as when working well its the best steamer I have ever bought

I have a steamer, it was working, now is not. I have tried previously to contact, but it is impossible, the support centre is no support as I do not know what is wrong with my machine and I can’t speak or contact anyone.
Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Thane?
Although the steamer was good when working being unable to make contact when something goes wrong, would put me off buying again, and I would advise others to also be wary. If anyone has a contact number please can they provide this, so I can get my steamer working again.

My first parcel was delivered but stolen as it was left in the communal area. Customer service kindly re-shipped it for me. It took a little while to get a response, but in the end they were very helpful.

Will never purchase anything from this company again. £99 taken from my bank account as apparently I had received a phone call offering me the opportunity to sign up to the company’s savings/ discount account. No phone call ever received and I would not have signed up to the savings account anyway. Am now trying to get my money back. Be aware

Delivery was very prompt and I love the H20 deluxe but I think for the price you should get more than one floor pad,one pad wasn't enough to do my floors so a job half done and finished with a mop and bucket

Have attempted to return my item without any success. It is impossible to contact them-mails returned etc. The promised return code never materialised, no phone number to contact them. Would never order from them again

All I can say is there was nothing negative !

The descaler put out abominable fumes. No warning. Worried about the next time I have to use it. Descaling pin was ridiculously tiny and definately not worth £10. I feel ripped off. Nothing wrong with the cloths AFAIK.

We did a lot of research before buying this steam mop and I can actually 100% agree that it's a game changer!! My hard floors look amazing!! Ive still to try out all the other attachments. I used to prefer the old mop and bucket method, housemate had a steam mop previously that broke. After speaking to friends I realised it was time to make the change as we have a lot of pets, it's not good for them to use chemicals on the floors. Really well made, certainly not flimsy plastics so well worth the money. I really like that I can chose what steam setting I want as I live in a farm cottage the front door can get quite dirty. All in all I love this!!
