Poor service asking us to spend money not necessary.

1. Thaning-vvs told us the warm water tank below the boiler needed to be changed, but the later professional inspector said not needed.
2. Thaning-vvs told us the boiler's internal tank needed to be changed, but the later professional inspector said not needed.
3. Thaning-vvs said the pipe arrangement of the boiler is very strange, but the later professional inspector said it's normal.
4. Thaning-vvs said we have another electric heater that is working, but actually not.
5. Thaning-vvs canceled the visit half hour passed the scheduled time that I waited him at home, wasted a lot of time!
