Very many people were able to send their goodwill messages to our employee who was leaving. It was a warm way to personalise our goodwill messages and to show love to her. Most importantly we were able to read what others had written her as well.

Worked smoothly - no issues.

Using Thankbox was great. I used it for a colleague’s retirement after 43 years service so you can imagine the people they had worked with along the way. This was the best way to reach out to everyone, a wonderful way to send all the messages and donations and at the same time helping the planet. Thank you Thankbox.

Super easy link is given to share with others and a very clever way to schedule the virtual delivery is provided. Absolutely made our sons travel experience a little less daunting knowing he had the messages of support to look back at.

So easy to use for sending a group card in the workplace. We've used it twice now and it's our go-to. No risk of the team being spammed and great to be able to add a personal touch with GIFS or videos. Very affordable too.

I made a gift to my niece using Citi Visa card. This was a “Congratulations on Graduation” occasion. It seemed to go through. It charged my credit card with the gift amount and all the charges. My niece got an email and she was thrilled. She called to thank me.

Then I got an email saying that somehow this transaction was “flagged” to be a fraud transaction. So they are refunding the money. I right away sent email to their support team. Then, one Val, who claims to be the CEO & Founder replied by simply reconfirming the previous email without indicating whether my identity or was it the recepient’s that could not be verified etc. It asked me to try with a different card and/or different amount. When I tried to do, it would not even let me on thankbox.com. I replied to Val and there is no response from him wven after 24 hrs.

While fraud validation is highly appreciated, flagging legitimate people as frauds is highly repulsive. Moreover the refund amount is not yet credited back - they charged the credit card in seconds and it takes up to 10 days to credit back the card. To me, that sounds like real fraud, if anything.

what a great idea- and easy way to gift funds

I needed to find a solution to send a card and gift to one of our India based team, who was leaving. Thankbox came to my rescue. It was so easy for the team to contribute and I received great advice from the support team about how my colleague could access the gift pot options for India, by changing the currency to USD.

I have used Thankbox on a number of occasions over the last 8-12months, though due to an oversight on my part I created the latest card without adding a wallet and then created another card to correct this. The ultimate result that that two cards were completed rather than one. I contacted support and the lovely Desi merged the two cards which allowed me to send one rather more pleasing version, rather two half baked versions.

Easy way of collating a collection and sending good wishes from a large number of people with ease. Always use thank box now its perfect. No longer a hassle creating a collection for a colleague :)

Thankbox has been a game-changer for both me and my company! Even while working remotely, sending virtual congratulations for special occasions has brought us closer together. The platform is easy and intuitive to use, and the optional “pay-in” for gifts helps avoid any awkward situations. Highly recommended!

I got a gift card that I am still unable to use after three months. I have been in contact with Thankbox but only an AI answer the emails. I also tried through the company that they used to manage the cards, Tremendous, speaking with the customer support so many times and nothing has being fixed. Every single shop declines the payments for this. The adverts are a complete lie. I have payments taken, money didn´t come back yet after three months, but I couldn´t use any single time the card. They changed the number of the card several times to make it work, still nothing. I have tried with the shops they have recommended on the emails, not working. It is ridiculous... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. And yet because there is no proper way to make a complaint or even contact them, they get good reviews. This has been the worst gift ever.

I strongly advise against choosing this option, particularly when it involves redeeming via a virtual card. I personally opted for the virtual payment vault, which is operated from the US and unfortunately offers no customer support in the UK. As a result, most merchants—such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and JD Sports—do not accept this payment method. Each transaction attempt fails, and the only support channel available is a chat function that consistently provides a generic response stating that the merchant declined the payment. This has led to a frustrating and inefficient experience.

Great way to collaborate across location with a single card. While i am based in India, i was able to share a leaving card with my colleagues globally.

Thankbox is such a wonderful way for friends and family near and far to send well wishes to loved ones. By far the best on-line group e-card offering out there. Love that you can add photos, videos and You Tube videos too.
