⭐ Not Fit for Purpose – Design Failures and Poor Customer Service
We purchased two stacked cat housing units for our rescue, and unfortunately they have proven not fit for purpose in a real operational setting.
The main issue is the front panel and door design. The door opening is too narrow and poorly positioned, making it impossible to safely reach the full depth of the unit. In practice, this means we cannot properly clean the back areas or safely handle a cat that moves away from the door — which is a fundamental requirement in a rescue environment.
There are also significant structural issues with the design. Debris does not just collect in gaps — it falls through into the unit below, creating ongoing hygiene concerns across multiple levels. In addition, there is a gap between the base of the unit and the floor, allowing waste to accumulate underneath and making proper cleaning very difficult.
The overall construction is also problematic in use — the door itself does not sit securely and requires wedging to prevent it from rattling, which is not something that should be necessary on a newly supplied unit.
The feeder system built into the doors is impractical, and the overall layout prioritises design over usability.
There were also serious issues with the castors and installation. Incorrect or delayed components were supplied, and we were not informed in advance that parts would arrive separately. The unit had already been built before we were told castors would follow later, which caused avoidable disruption.
Customer service has also been poor:
No clear communication around delivery
No assembly instructions provided
Delays and lack of response to follow-up emails
Information about missing parts only provided after issues were raised
These are not minor issues — they are design and service failures that directly impact usability, hygiene, and animal welfare.
The overall concept is what we were looking for, and the company states they can customise to suit requirements. However, the configuration supplied does not meet the practical needs of a working rescue.
We are currently seeking a resolution, as the units require significant modification to be usable.

This is such a pain now having to chase for a refund 2 weeks after having send the items back. No one answers the phone no one reply to the email no one answers to the WhatsApp. From buying the item to sending it back it's been a headache. The product on the other hand is of good quality. But customer service is none existent SO be aware before purchasing from them. I've made more than 20 phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails to no avail.

If you’d asked me a week ago, I’d have been giving this company a one star review, I genuinely thought I’d been scammed as my aviary panels didn’t arrive when expected and I couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone, email or messages. However, my panels arrived today and they’re brilliant. Customer service is great, when you do eventually make contact - the panels were pre-drilled to my requirements at no additional cost and even came with fittings, which I hadn’t expected. I would highly recommend this company for their quality and efforts, but would be cautious ordering if you’re on a tight time frame.
