Probably my fault but I thought the beads would be rather bigger. I will save them for some craft use rather than stringing them for a necklace. The packaging and delivery time were faultless

Excellent customer care.
I had a problem placing my order through the website and ended up with a duplicate order and payment and an uncleared basket. I contacted the company who responded quickly, resolved the issue, refunded the overpayment and promptly dispatched the correct order. I was impressed with this level of customer care and have successfully placed further orders. I am very happy with the products supplied.
