Golly, I've had some issues with deliveries this Christmas - but not with these people. Knowing when the delivery is due is really helpful (this was emailed from their courier DPD).

Website a little clunky but everything is great. Ordering, payment and delivery process all quick and first class.
Unlike so many competitors you get an answer if you e-mail about an order. They even publish a phone number!
Will be making a visit to the shop soon, think I will be like a pig in $%£?.

After browsing the many homebrew shops online this one has got to be the best one there is. The selection of products available is astounding and even if an item is out of stock it seems to get replenished quickly enough. The delivery is top notch also, even when living in the North East delivery takes between 1 - 3 days and the well packaged parcel ensures a safe and secure delivery.

Prices tend to be cheaper from The Home Brew Shop also, only by a few pence but when buying many items you can save a few pounds.

I've ordered from the Home Brew Shop about a dozen times in the last 18 months. I've never been less than completely satisfied with their service. They always deliver within 3 days and on quite a few occasions I have had the order delivered the next day. I don't look anywhere else for my home brew supplies now.

Easy to use web site,good stock of products with very quick and efficient delivery .

I have been using The Home Brew Shop for internet based purchased for about six years. Their delivery is always prompt and I have been very happy with their service and the variety of products availble on their website. I would heartily recommend them.

Ordered plenty of times, not all 100% perfect, some cans dented, but that's mail order it happens and happens with all companies, Had one order with a wrong item, but a phone call to the home brew shop, had the correct item the next day that's customer service

This is my first time ordering from the Home Brew Shop and I was fairly happy with the website, the price, and the timeliness of the delivery. The condition of the products that were delivered however was very disappointing. Even though the box had 'fragile' written all over it, it was dinged and punctured, with white powder (which turned out to be brewing sugar) leaking out the bottom. Upon opening the box the contents were a mess - covered in sugar from a punctured half-empty sugar bag.
The packaging was not adequate and the sharper cans should have been properly separated from the more fragile items which they could puncture. From the state of the box the delivery method should also have been a bit ‘gentler’ to give the contents a fighting chance.
Will be looking for a refund on the sugar.

Ordered on line without any problems as with 3 previous orders.Delivery was within 3 days and I consider the service to be excellent.
Acknowlegement of the order was immediate and the delivery was completed without any problems.

The Home Brew Shop is the cheapest place I have found on the Net. Delivery has always been quick and correct and the nchoice of stuff is fantastic. I recommend it to anyone I know.

Every order placed was dispatched quickly and delivered even quicker. Ingredients & kits have all had good dates. Damaged items were dealt with swiftly, replaced super quick and hassle free.

There are some suppliers very slightly cheaper, but the great service has easily kept my business.

Only suggestion for website improvement would be a review facility for the products. As a newbie I found this VERY useful, but had to look at the reviews on other sites. This in no way spoilt my experience though!!

The equipment arrived within a fewdays and was just what I wanted.

i found teh website easy to search, found what I was looking for and bought it quickly and easily with no fuss. The product was exactly what I expected and was delivered in three days.

I ordered a cider making kit for a birthday present. I ordered it on a Sunday and by Tuesday I had the kit. It was excatly what it said on the web site so no surprises.
