Only received part of the order
Dont use this company...Only received part of the order. DPD driver said there was a parcel missing and that it would probably be on another lorry but it hasn't arrived yet. Emailed Moving House Warehouse for their help but got no response initially. Then did get a response asking me to provide proof of the order which I sent immediately. I was also asked to tell them what what was missing... and that was the last I've heard! The company has chosen to completely ignore me probably because I've writtena negative review..call me old fashioned but I understood that if you pay for something and don't receive it, that's fraud...interestingly there is no option to pay by Paypal so not easy to claim if there is a problem...it's not the value of what was missing, it's the principal. I could not recommend that you trust this company to deliver.

Moving is hard enough when working full time and trying to raise 3 rug rats! Asked for a little advice from a very patient chap that helped ensure we had the product needed. Everything arrived in time and as promised. Will def rec to friends and family. Thanks :)

Fantastic company
Fantastic company! Made our lives a hell of a lot easier and not only that but the staff were extremely helpful at every turn and quelled our fears. Would recommend to everyone and encourage the staff to keep on keeping on. If only every company were as helpful ad these guys. Made our dreams come true!

RUDE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE.
In reply to last message.. we spoke to our bank and they gave us the code to prove it was your company that took our money.. we were given the go ahead to pursue this further but couldn’t be bothered with all the agg for the money... just let you have it.
And also another note my partners name isn’t Mr Smith if you actually read the emails. It’s Mr Burgess. Unless there is a “Mr Smith” aswell in which you have scammed them too. Maybe there was so many emails sent as you were very poor in communicating and not getting back to us about the money owed.

Dear Mr Smith we asked you to provide this ‘code’ at the time and you would not do this for some reason.
Unless we have said ‘code’ we cannot trace your order and as such cannot refund you as we have no record of a purchase from you, we did not recieve your money and we did not recieve an order confirmation.
We really want to help you but without evidence of an order, which we do not have, we cannot.
