Investing in a laser was such a difficult decision, but I can honestly say choosing The Smart Group was the best decision I could have made. I launched Liv’s Laser Lounge as a brand-new business with no existing clients, so I was really nervous about making such a big investment without knowing how successful it would be. But from the moment I purchased their diode laser, I couldn’t have been more impressed. The whole experience has been amazing.

Dana has been incredible, so helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. The package that comes with the purchase, along with their ongoing support, is second to none and has given me so much confidence moving forward.

The machine itself is amazing, easy to use, easy to clean, and the results are insane. I honestly couldn’t be happier with everything, and I’m so glad I chose them!

Total rip off. So many promises to sell a laser machine and promised by Tarek that it has buy back guarantee so if business didn't work he will take the machine back. But it was all lies. Finance sorted by them too and without informing the finiance company made me a personal guarantor. Now my home is at risk unless I pay them. I have no business. There are lots of laser hair removal salons and now the customer can buy from Boots. Please don't spoil your life if you have a small business. You also have to pay £800 for the service. It can not be done from anywhere. So my advice is don't work with these liers and save yourself from misery. I wish I could take them to court.

Hard selling then leave you to rot . Never mentioned the service of the machine 700 quid every year. Payme ts escalated from £600 to £657 per month. . avoid. Also the market is flooded with laser . Stick to your waxing clients. Much more money

I worked there part time while I was at uni. I first enjoyed it as I was lucky to have Naomi who was understanding and supportive. I had to leave without my notice due to medical reasons and being stuck in hospital. When I received my pay, they had taken over half of what I was owed because I left without much notice, which I could understand if I just upped and left, but because I was having seizures and stuck in hospital, I couldn’t make it to work. So now I am out of work, and of the £245 my pay would have been, I received £78.10. I am truly disgusted and horrified that they can justify taking that much money when I physically could not help my situation. Will never work there again and will never suggest it.

If you’re considering buying from SmartGroup, don’t hesitate—they’re amazing!

Sold me a machine for 15k but sold my friend the same machine for 25k they make it up as they go along.
They’re liars and bad business men. Machines are rubbish. Said they didn’t need servicing when I bought it then suddenly said servicing is mandatory and £700 each time. Now they are demanding payments at the end of finance agreements otherwise they won’t hand over the ownership documents. They make selling machines 2nd hand awkward and difficult. They nearly ruined my business. Stay away from them.
