Cryotherapy sessions credit not honoured

I had cryotherapy sessions through CryoHub at The Wellness Hub by Emma James and still had several sessions remaining when CryoHub later went into liquidation. In practice all communication, bookings and operation of the cryotherapy service were handled directly by The Wellness Hub, in the same location and by the same staff.

As someone managing a spinal disability, I rely on cryotherapy as part of my pain management. For around seven weeks I was told the cryotherapy machine was “out of action”, which meant I could not use sessions that had already been paid for.

I was later informed that customer credits had been transferred to a new operator (IV Boost), but discovered that my remaining sessions had not been included in that transfer.

The situation was only resolved after I contacted IV Boost directly, who checked the records and kindly credited the outstanding sessions to my account themselves.

Based on this experience, I would advise exercising caution with any prepayments or account records here.
