I've worked with a bunch of accountants over the years and struggled to find one who got it right. Rebecca Boyd is the best by miles. She speaks plain English, asks the right questions, and listens properly to find exactly what my company needs. She reviewed my previous accounts and found tax-efficiency strategies specific to my company that no accountant before her had ever picked up on. Didn't think I'd find an accountant this good. Highly recommended.

Alfie has been absolutely amazing and efficient! My accounts got somewhat complicated due to myself and Alfie explained everything to me and was super fast at getting everything worked out in a short space of time! Super knowledgeable and cannot recommend enough!!

My experience with The Accountancy Partnership has been unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I provided all my books months ago - well in time for my end of June 2026 HMRC deadline. I paid for and was promised that my accounts would be submitted by the deadline.
As the deadline got closer I became more and more concerned. On contacting Matty, I was told to apply for an extension from HMRC. No idea what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them. I'd have got a penalty probably.
Although Matty is always polite and friendly in his communications, I have not received the service I paid for.

Callum at TAP has been an incredible help with managing all my business accounting needs. He's very thorough, and prompt when responding to any of my queries.
Best of all, he has saved myself and my company considerable costs over the years. This has more than paid for the accounting fees with TAP.

Highly recommend.

Accountant Alfie Steele was extremely proactive in completing my Limited Company accounts and personal tax returns. He telephoned me with questions and explanations which was much appreciated and gave the service a very personal feel. Alfie was competent, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Beth is on maternity leave and it is nice to know that this has not affected the excellent service that TAP provides. Jamie Wilson has been excellent in sorting out both my company and personal tax returns in a very professional, supportive and pleasant manner. Well done Jamie!

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Turner, who was really great - knowledgeable, prompt and helpful in explaining things I didn't understand. I have only just moved to the Accountancy Partnership from another accountancy and I was a bit worried about it being a smooth transition, but it's been great. Everything explained carefully, and very thorough in answering questions. I have to say that fabulous to be on top of things early for the next self-assessment round and that's in part because the company's processes and instalment plans make it easy to be organised. And thanks to Andrew, who was able to explain things that my previous accountant made quite mysterious, I am no longer dreading doing my taxes! Fay

I've been a customer for the last few years and have always been super happy with the service. Always a really quick and helpful response to queries and a platform that helps the process go smoothly. Andrew Turner has just finished helping me with this year's self assessment and was great, answering my questions promptly and making sure it was submitted as smoothly as possible - huge thanks and highly recommend.

I was changing to them because i heard great things. Just to be clear, I need an Accountant because I do not understand taxes, I was naive enough to belive - as I am still now - that this is what an accountant is for. My bad if this is not the idea of Accountancy Partnership and if i am misunderstanding this i am more than happy to take down this review again. As it tuns out, it is not, you just pay them every month but at the end of the year you end up paying a fee for missed filing (yes, i did not not book payroll, but i was very clear from the start of my contract that I do in fact need deadline remionders which I was told to receive, and they also tell you that they cant do the end of the year taxes because you changed the program and the old information has gone which whiles asking when doing the change was not communicated that i should have done something - whatever that should have been. So noone is doing my taxes, i have to pay a fee and am left with a pile of problems. Which will most likely will cost my more fees and I need to hire a proper accountant who I ahve to pay again to redo what i payd for... What a waste of money
