Adaptive fitness is probably the most knowledgeable trainer in the area, He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.
His training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, unless that’s what you want but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities.
I have used many trainers over the years, most good, but I never met my goals until now.
Highly recommended!!!!
