Excellent customer service provided by the alarm man. He was quick to come out and remedy our alarm issue, he even fixed a couple of other issues while he was there. Very kind polite and extremely knowledgeable. I also loved the transparency with pricing. Prices were extremely reasonable especially compared with some of the larger companies. First class service and I wouldn’t hesitate in using the Alarm Man again or recommending him to friends and family.
