It’s terrible!
I bought three shower gel at the same time, all of them are defective, the smell the colour is different than the original one. The smell is very unpleasant. It’s supposed to smell very good.Never had this kind of experience for all my life. Very disappointed.
Do not buy anything at all. Their customer service doesn’t bother to answer. I am not even sure if they have customer service.
Their website is not clear. You end up paying tax as much as the product you purchased.
Bought some shoes and then a few days after, there is an extra 20% discount. I reached out to them because I feel a bit ripped off, when I just bought them. They didn't want to refund the price difference and only offered me to send the shoes back.

Trying to get 249.00 for duty fees when the exact same item on ITALIST wanted 112.00
So when DHL requested I pay the hidden fee , unlike ITALIST they tell you upfront the total fees due at the time of purchase so I wasn’t aware of this fee and DHL stated if I don’t pay with in 10 days it’ll go back to the sender
So I didn’t pay if it was a fee like the other company I would’ve paid
So after days goes by I’m getting emails from them saying it’ll go in the trash and I’ll lose the duty fee plus other charges ?!?!
What ? I have emails from DHL saying it’ll just return to sender and nothing about still being responsible for any fees . So I had no choice but to dispute the charge

The merchant is out to rip consumers off . Shop at ITALIST they have all designer items and all the fees are stated and they offer free shipping
