Big POS lying scammers. Hope they don’t sleep well at night

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are very hard to contact. Say they sent the item when they did not and will not refund 100% of your money. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company they are a scam.

Upon contacting Theatee after 7 weeks and no delivery, they gave me a tracking number and told me China Post have delivered the package on a certain date. I told them I had a doorbell camera and no deliveries came a week either side of supposed delivery date. Then they said that China Post told them that it was delivered to my nearest post office. Australia Post will not take a package from a courier addressed to someone else and obviously have no knowledge of a delivered package from
China Post. Theatee then ask me to get a proof of loss document from the post office (who had nothing to do with it). When I asked them to fulfill the order by sending my items, they say the item is out of stock. I told them I ordered 10 items so they tell me they are all out of stock.
In all their emails, there is never a name or anything else just the text. They finally offered me a 35% refund but I refused as I don't trust them at all and I'm sure I won't get anything.
I'm happy to say that it won't be local police knocking on their door, they have committed international mail fraud from the many reviews I have seen and that is handled by a higher up force. The Theatee crew should be resting their bottoms as much as possible because they won't be able to sit down in prison.

Same here… fell on their fake site. Orderd goods - worth 60.-$ in January.
Same story like all of yours… they say, they‘ve sent it. They „have“ prove it was delivered…. Blablabla.
Since February I am e-mailing back and forth! They answer the mails only sporadicaly. Just 1, 2 short sentences, and never a name signed.
It‘s so annoying!!!!

Well, I see a lot of you have been scammed just like me.
Since March 2024 waiting for the items I have ordered except they sent me something that I have no clue what to do with it. They claim they have shipped the items I have ordered but they shipped something else.
Been back-and-forth emails since March, and have proven to them that they never shipped the items and are just non-stop garbage emails from them.
At first, they offered to refund me 35 percent, told them NO WAY. Now they want to refund me 75 %, and they claim it costs money to reship the correct item. So in other words, if I accept the refund they will withdraw more money from my credit card I refuse to do this.
I am frustrated with them and need to do something they claim to be in England but the items shipped from China. Lots of crap, folks be careful, I'm going to the bank and tell them I have been scam see if I can claim my money back.
Going to copy every complaint mentioned here and forward a bunch of emails to them.

This is a scam company and don’t deserve any stars! Like many others I placed an order for the book nook kits and never received anything. Despite emailing the company many times they just kept asking for a proof of loss certificate from the post office for a delivery company called 17track?? I am now trying to get my money back from my credit card company.
Please don’t fall for this scam!

I paid $36.53 USD for nothing. Chinese scam. The site is registered in UK but the products are supposed to come from China.

Ordered and paid 32$ for an engine puzzle from Theatee. I received a tracking number and an advice after a month that the item was delivered. I never received anything. I wrote to Teatee and they asked me to give them a ''proof of lost'' from Canada Post. The tracking number does not exist on their web site. Early January 2024, I ordered ~10 book nook kits for $5/ kit. I paid via Cash App and felt secure doing so, which was ultimately a mistake. Eventually, I was sent a laminated leaf, which theatee.com’s support said was a “special gift” for my purchase, which would be “arriving shortly.” I went back and forth with them a bit over email but they kept telling me to just check the tracking, despite me explaining over and over that the tracking said it had arrived (and it did— the leaf, I mean). Cash App also denied both of my disputes for whatever reason. The whole thing is awful and annoying. I had tried to look up info about the site prior to purchasing but somehow didn’t find much, though now (months later) I’ve found a ton of people who went through the exact same scenario as I did, so I at least have some closure if nothing else. Definitely a scam!

I ordered an model 2024 jan 2 and this not arrived to me. I communicating with email long time with "company", they are wrote few word after 3 or 4 days...
The result of my persistent correspondence is that after 3 months they sent some plastic crap from China, then they denied that they sent it... They are rude and probably use ChatGPT or some bull-s**t generator

ALL of these 1 star reviews are 100% true and accurate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I continue to email this scam company at their customer email. Their replies are SO full of nonsense. (Putting it lightly) They even had the nerve to resend the items! Guess what - They did not arrive!

If I could give a zero I would. I never received any of the items I purchased. What a complete scam!!! Why doesn’t someone shut them down????

This website is a scam. Do not even waste your time or your money because they will take your money and not send you the order and then when you contact them because the order was not delivered, they will ask you to get verification from the post office for this. Well, if it was never delivered, the post office won’t have verification for it. All I can say is a better give me my money back because they’re messing with the wrong one here.

They don't deserve any stars. "Stars" is not a word associated with this rip-off business. No wonder why people in the US think so little of China. This is a scam sight. DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THEATEE! They will send you tracking you really can't track. It's money lost. I hope these reviews will save some other customers from being suckered in as I was.

This "company" is entirely bogus. I bought some products for just under $60. After a month or so, they sent me a notice claiming they delivered my purchase. I live in a very safe place where neighbors look out for each other, and NO package ever arrived. They told me to check with USPS, and, of course, they had no record. This company also goes by the name of Connnieiu and advertises on Pinterest. Shame on them and on Pinterest for supporting ripping off customers.

I'm a sucker. Thought the price was too good to be true, it was. Item was never delivered though thier "tracking" said it was. Same story as many other reviewers.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEATEE. Scam scam scam. They got my 20 bucks, don't give them yours.
