The performance I had bought a ticket…

The performance I had bought a ticket for in a Paris theatre did not take place. Nobody told me about that. The company claims they sent me an e-mail two weeks after purchase (and months before the performance), but this is not true. They did not refund the money either, but put it towards a balance. So I didn't know about the cancellation and spoilt an evening and hotel stay in Paris for nothing. Only after my e-mail complaint they refunded the 65 Euros to my credit cards, a week later. I will never use their services again. Strong advise to buy at the theatres themselves.
