Package came on the day I was informed about. The package was in good shape, item packed well and I believe I ordered the correct wheel. You guys have done an excellent job as far as I can tell. Don't hardly ever get Quality Service these days anymore. GREAT !

The part delivered was folded in half in the box creating a bend that can't be straightened out. It's damaged.

The wheel I ordered did not include the inserts that are in the picture. It is stated that the lugnuts and center cap are not included. Also, it stated the color may be different than that seen in the picture but nothing about the omission of the inserts. I consider this deceptive business practice

I only received one fender when I payed for 2

Part has never shipped. Says in stock. Company won’t answer any emails. Going through my bank now to get my money back. It’s fraud and buy from someone else!

The part is a perfect match and fit. Communication lacked as far as shipping notification. Never received any info until the night before the item arrived. I honestly thought I had been scammed. Lol.

Part was shipped and received very quickly

I ordered a wheel, waited a week and on the day it was supposed to be delivered I hadn't received a confirmation of shipping, I knew it was going to be late so I reached out and asked when the new expected delivery date was. I was emailed back a few hours later that they didn't get it in stock so they refunded my money. Had I not asked who knows if this company would have said anything. Had they been proactive and told me sooner I could have tried with another company to get a wheel since I have been without a car and waiting on this wheel. Would give a zero for unprofessionalism and if you do not have the item in stock why are you selling as if it were.

TheAutoPartsShop shipped the wrong part. Would never give instructions on how to return part. After serveral emails and phone calls, thier only respone was they would have a manager call, which never happened. Now the 30 days is up and I can't return.
Poor customer service. All you will ever talk to is a call center.

I place order for a rim on the web site they said they have four then come to find out it out stock no communication I had to call

BEWARE… Website offers items that are out of stock. Why let customers buy items just to send an email saying the item is out of stock and have to go through a refund process! Just take the item off the website. And customer service is AWFUL.
