If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order from the bagel store valby and was charged for an item that was never delivered. Mistakes happen, but what’s unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service. I tried to contact them multiple times for a refund, but they don’t answer their phone. Ignoring customers after taking their money is just bad business. If you want to gamble on whether you actually get what you pay for, go ahead. Otherwise, I’d recommend taking your money somewhere that values its customers.

Stole money, awful experience

Order number 879478.
Paid in app, got SMS that it's ready in 15 min, went there in longer than 15 minutes, they didn't start working on the order, and gave my wife a bad tone about how busy they are at lunch time. She told them she doesn't have time to wait and she wants to cancel the order, they said "you'll have the money in 4 days" and shut her down. In the app, the order looks as being picked up. There's no contact in the app, and there's no one picking up the phone for the contact on the website. Awful experience, bad attitude, unprofessional, and they basically stole the money.
